Excellent hotel with great service. The rooms are nicely decorated, modern, and most importantly; quiet. There is a great rooftop bar and restaurant. The food and service was excellent. There was live jazz music when we were there. It was not crowded and we enjoyed it very much.

Bankhotel forever changed my standards for hotels. Now they are incredibly high. The service is extraordinary. Upon entering, we were met by an extremely pleasant concierge who gallantly led us to our room and told us the history of the hotel's founding. Everyone at the reception and in the restaurant is also very friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Features and criteria by which I chose were noise insulation (we have a small child), internet and own bathroom. In addition, I asked for a cot and a high chair and everything was prepared at the time of our settlement. Breakfast from 7 to 11 am in buffet format. Incredibly convenient. It is also possible to order from the menu. We will really remember this visit to Lviv and will recommend the hotel to our friends and colleagues.

Very kind and professional staff, especially porter. Also we get very good sweets after check out. Perfect coffee in the room and comfortable pillows.

The bathroom was a little bit old, some of the details were dirty. I don’t like high ceilings so that’s why the room wasn’t cosy and a cold.

Great hotel, nice deco, stylish room, well equipped. Centrally located, all major sites within 10 - 15 min walk. Very polite staff.
