The staff members are absolutely amazing, very kind and friendly, helpful, polite, excellent English knowledge, very hospitable. All our requests were granted immediately, we also got packed breakfast because of our early departure time. The beds, pillows, towels were very nice and comfortable, there was complimentary bottled water in the minibar. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and it had a wide range of food items.

My only problem was that the bathroom was so small that as a large person I struggled to even get inside and to use it. Everywhere I turned I had to be careful not to hit a limb. Also, the water temperature was also very difficult to get right because it was either too hot or almost cold. It was OK for me but my young child couldn't shower. If the bathroom was a tiny bit bigger it would have been perfect. My thin friends also found it very small and uncomfortable, but for me it was a real challenge.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's located near the main points of interest in Urfa. The staff is kind, and I believe there's sometimes one person at reception who speaks English. The room is comfortable. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is amazing- there's a lot of variety and it's slightly different every day! Can recommend staying in this place.
