While the breakfasts were amazing, they were too much for the way I eat. I ended up foregoing the "main course" since the pre-breakfast was perfectly satisfying. The location was perfect -- equidistant from the Old Historic town and the Falls! Beautiful grounds and I think the guest pantry is a great idea. Great towels which are always a bonus! All members of the staff that we met were extremely sweet.

Nothing I didn't like, but just a couple of details. When there are no dressers in rooms, it helps when the night stands have drawers which ours did not. Both the armoire and the closet didn't have handles or knobs on the doors which made them both difficult to open and close..

Such a lovely little gem with charm and historic character. From when we arrived time we left, our stay was magical. It felt like we were transported back in time. Service was exceptional, the inn was beautifully curated, and it was a romantic way to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary! Thank you Woodbourne Inn team. Special nod to Chef Jen for creating a delicious two staged breakfast. The star-shaped croissant was so delicately prepared and tasty. The poached egg breakfast was equally delicious. Woobourne House is an exquisite B&B that checks all the boxes. The decor is a mix of modern and traditional antiques in an old century house, with a parlour sitting room, to relax, chat or read. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The morning added touches of a pre breakfast tray dropped at your door with coffee, in house baked goodies and organic squeezed juices, is an example of how they go above and beyond. Not to mention the specialty cooked gluten free breakfast bars they cooked for my mother. This was followed by a sit down chef prepared breakfast, custom made with everything seasonal, and truly gourmet. We can’t recommend it highly enough. We will be back.

Beautiful historic house was lovely! Gourmet breakfast was wonderful! First they brought coffee, juice, and delucious pastries to the room. Lived the health green huice. Then full breakfast later. Be careful not to fill up on pastries!Loved the soaking tub and shower. Room was comfortable. Quiet despite being on a main road. Close to wineries. Only a short 10 or 15 minute drive to NOTL. The soaking tub was the best part!

My fault that I missed there was no TV but that did not bother us. The room had one folding suitcase stand- wish there were 2. We neglected to ask for an additional one. Tons of books to read if you need something. My husband and I wished they had a game or two like Azul since no tv.

OMG! The breakfasts (there were 2 each day: they brought homemade pastries and your choice of beverages to our room on a tray at the time you requested) and then an hour later we went downstairs for an amazing chef breakfast each morning. We were there 4 nights and the breakfast both the pastries and the breakfast were a pleasant surprise we anticipated!

I booked 3 nights for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary.. I have nothing but exceptional things to say about this Inn!! My parents were treated like a king and a queen! The place was gorgeous, everything was super clean, the food was cooked by a chef every morning, and the people running the inn were all extremely nice and caring. A huge thank you for making my parents' anniversary memorable!! 💙

Everything! From the staff, to breakfasts, to location, to decor and the backyard. Very comfy and laidback place. The staff are one of the nicest people ever and their breakfasts are out of this world. 15 minutes by car to Niagara Falls and a 5-minute walk to the nearest vineyard/winery.

The rooms could use a bit of soundproofing.

The room maintained its historical charm and was larger than I was expecting, the fireplace feature was lovely, the room was the perfect temperature, the bed was comfortable the staff friendly and professional. The coffee room delivery and breakfast exceeded expectations of the rave reviews. I did not share my dietary intolerances when booking as I wanted to indulge in their food offerings the reviews boasted however my partner arrived first and checked us in and shared them. I felt bad that this came across as a last minute request but they accomodated all of them (dairy, gluten egg free) and I did not miss out at all and enjoyed some of the best gluten free items I've ever had. I look forward to coming back again.

It is a beautiful property but a historical building so not surprisingly you can clearly hear other guests moving about. It did not bother me but my spouse found it distracting.

The staff started our stay with a tour of the facilities and explaining all of the amenities available to us. The property is gorgeous from the inside out - and the room is to die for! The bed is plush and comfortable. The bathroom is large and the tub is oh so relaxing. They have loose leaf tea and snacks available to guests and I admittedly abused that amenity, they were so delicious! The breakfast was wonderful, but would have been even better if we had the opportunity to stay for the full breakfast. Unfortunately, we had an extremely early flight, so the staff went above and beyond to prepare us a to-go breakfast to take with us on the trek back to the airport. The pear juice is fantastic - you definitely need to try it! I was hesitant to spend so much on a singular night stay, but I promise it is worth the price. I have never stayed somewhere so hospitable and lovely. I still think of this place months later and I would love the opportunity to stay with them again.

The only thing I disliked was that we arrived in the late afternoon and had to leave in the early morning - definitely not enough time to enjoy this property properly! I would recommend planning to spend enough time at the property itself, rather than the surrounding area. You will not regret it.

Lovely time, everything was exceptional from cleanliness, comfort of room, location and probably the Best Breakfast ever experienced at a Bed and Breakfast. Just wished we could have stayed longer than 1 night, will definitely plan to stay longer next time in that area.
