From booking in to leaving staff were polite and eager to help especially one lady called Maria I think who was excellent Rooms were cleaned daily to an excellent standard Hotel grounds were kept to a high standard and very pleasant Allowed us to park our motorbikes inside the facility which was great Overall lovely hotel

Unfortunately we were presented with a bar bill on leaving for 91 euros but we all paid the bar after every round so still don’t understand how that occurred but still wouldn’t put me off from staying here again

The garden was beautiful, and the hotel was very charming. The staff was incredibly nice. Special thank you to María and Silver! They had prepared a dog gift for our dog when we arrived and they were extremely helpful with the dog's food and other random chores. They really went above and beyond for us. The area is amazing, and they really are a 5 minute walk from the beach. The town is so cute, we'll definitely be back!

It has a lovely old world vibe set in a nice garden. Lots of books around the place. It's located a few minutes walk to the beach. The shower pressure was great. The coffee at breakfast was lovely. Staff were quiet but friendly.

The bedrooms really need updating. The decor is very dated with curtains and bedding that are faded and worn, and the bedroom window was stuck. The bathroom door was dreadfully warped and couldn't close. The bathroom is really dated and the tiles and toilet need replacing. Breakfast was in the lounge because the weather was mixed, it's OK but there's no juice or fruit and it was little packaged buns and cakes.

Loved the staff! Also liked the garden very much. The hotel has lots of character in a quiet area.

Toiletries are provided but basic. Breakfast is a little limited. Some fruit would be nice. Very little restaurants nearby but they are in town centre which is about 20 min walk.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Some staff can speak English. Comfortable bed. Great location. Close to the beach and a great seafood restaurant around the corner. Old town in walking distance. Beautiful garden where you can have a drink or have breakfast. The common areas inside the hotel take you back to vintage times with lots of books and vintage accessories. Good breakfast.

Dated furniture and carpet in the room. But was not a problem for us. We enjoyed the stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good facility for storing and charging our ebikes. Light breakfast included in price. Well located for continuing on Camino del Norte. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. A very comfortable stay.

Would have liked a tea/coffee station in the room. There was none.

Walls a bit thin, you could hear other people. Would have liked some protein at breakfast.

Everything! NIcest hotel I have stayed in in a long time. Beautiful old decor with fantastic old sea paintings on every wall. Full of old ship brass memorabilia. Stunning. Was only there stopping through but would like to go back to Laredo just to stay again for a few days at this hotel. STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL Greeted us at 1:30am very warmly and it was great to see how proud they were of the building Room was also large and comfortable

The staff are lovely. The location is spot on. It has a lovely traditional atmosphere.

The lack of air conditioning prevents me giving it a 10. Luckily we didn’t stay in the height of summer.

It is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful garden where you can eat breakfast and seat and read. The hotel is beautiful decorated with a naval theme. Really cool furniture!

I have nothing to say, everything was really nice. I'm just sad that I couldn't stay longer :)
