The staff was so inviting and helpful. They didn't treat me different when we were having difficulty with my credit card for a little bit. They made sure we had everything we needed and answered all questions we had. We also witnessed one employee see an upset female who had just gotten back surgery and ended up on the second floor, she went and did everything she could to switch there room from second to first floor no extra charge. This location and the staff is extremely amazing and I will always recommend this location to everyone and it will be the one I always stay at

Great location since it’s right by Lambeau! Don’t have to worry about parking and walking as you’re just steps away. Great breakfast and friendly staff

The water temperature was way off in the shower. There was no way to control it. It would go from hot to ice cold to scalding hot where I had to have someone come in and turn it off. Happened to the other 3 that stayed too. Though breakfast was great for like 15-20 minutes we had to wait for hashbrowns and sausage so we could only grab scrambled eggs and wait.

The location of this hotel is wonderful...walking distance to Lambeau Field and all of the entertainment and eating places. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the space was clean and comfortable.

The shower went from too hot to too cold off and on and was not consistent. We had people next to us that made it difficult for us to sleep at 1:00 a.m., but the staff did a good job of taking care of it quickly.

The LOCATION is easy and convenient. It was less than a 60 second walk over to the Resch center. We also liked that there was a connected sports bar where we got dinner and didn't have to walk outside. Very close to the mall and Lambeau field. One of the BEST parts is the open. I have been staying at this hotel since I was a young child myself and it still rates amongst my top places to stay while in the Green Bay area. We LOVE the walk out rooms that lead to an open pool area. The atmosphere is great and relaxing. The breakfast was on par with continental breakfasts with lots of options including hot foods (omelets, bacon, hashbrows) with lots of options for picky little ones.

If you stay on the bottom floor, poolside rooms, it's somewhat loud and you can hear the noise coming from people swimming and seated in the pool area. I know they have quiet hours (after 10pm I think?), but our little one was very tired from an eventful day and was ready for bed around 8pm.

This was a perfect location as I was attending a conference at Lambeau field. What attracted me to this hotel was the pool space, and it didn't disappoint. Pool area very clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing as well. Very cheerful staff that made a delicious omelet. The restaurant bar attached to the hotel had very good wings !

The rooms are dated. But very clean!

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bed was comfy. I travel with my service dogs and they were very accommodating. Grassy area for their outside excursions. Has all the charm of a well-maintained older resort feeling hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Pool area was convenient and useful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent withmade to order omelets and morr.

Bathroom area was small and not very convenient.

The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly, and professional. Location is awesome! And the themed pool was cool. Even though, we didn’t have the opportunity to use it.

Cloth chair in the room. Who sat on it last? Not very sanitary

Proximity to the Resch Center and on-site restaurant.

No elevator. Wall in the bathroom had peeling paint. And the fridge didn’t quite work properly. Felt cost was slightly high given the hotel could use a few updates.
