The hotel is a combination of a hotel and a hostel. Therefore, in the dining room you can meet travelers from all over the world. The hotel is within walking distance of the Bus Terminal. This is a big advantage if you do not use a car, but you will go to Torre del Paine by bus. I can recommend this option before expensive car rental. The hotel manager is very helpful and nice. Her English is at an elementary level, but there was no problem in communicating. Comfortable bed, room well heated. I did not need anything more after freezing in Argentina. I highly recommend it.

I needed some hooks to hang my sweaty hiking gear. I didn't want to put it in the closet.

The location was perfect. It is about 5min walk to the bus station. The place is safe, clean, and comfortable for our group. Nothing fancy, but enough for us. Each room has it's own bathroom. They are used to people leaving early in the morning to catch the 0700 bus to Torres del Paine , breakfast were ready for them. They allowed us to leave our extra luggage behind while we trek the W and off to El Chalten after as long as you'd come back to stay with them again. You can still walk to restaurants and shops. The staff are nice. Yes, I would stay here again.

We stayed for 3 different days. The 1st floor smells a little musty.

The staff were very welcoming. The hostal was clean and comfortable with good bathroom facilities. A quiet night's rest. Breakfast was very good. We tried to book for another two nights on our return to Puerto Natales but they were fully booked - I was not surprised as it is a good place. Don't let the word Hostal put you off - it is certainly nothing like a Back-packers hostal! Much better!

It is a little way out from the centre of town with the shops and restaurants, but really only a 10-15 minute walk. However, if you are arriving on the NavMag ferry with heavy suitcases as we did you really need to get a taxi!

Our room, with 4 twin beds and a private bathroom on the second floor, had a partial view of Puerto Natales's waterfront . You can watch the sunset from the room. The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were firm but supportive, just how i like it. The bathroom was more spacious than we've seen at other hostels on our trip. The double paned vinyl windows in the room look like they were just replaced, and it looks like the room was recently painted. There are two dressers with enough wooden hangers for your jackets and a few pairs of clothes. Clean towels and a shampoo/ conditioner packet we provided for each person. The free breakfast was basic (scrambled eggs, jam, toast, yogurt, coffee, juice), but much appreciated, given the room price. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station and about a 15-20 minute drive to the airport. The young lady who checked us in had a gentle, caring demeanor, which was much appreciated after we've had a long day of bus travel from El Calafate. With the help of Google Translate, we were able to ask the hostel staff to call a taxi for us to get to the airport the next day. All in all our was a great experience

This was the perfect spot to recharge and rest after hiking the W trek. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. We took fabulous hot showers, and the hotel even provided shampoo and bar soap. The hotel was very quiet and cozy, and made a perfect environment for sleep. The owner was kind enough to have breakfast ready by 6am, knowing that we had to catch a bus at 7am. The location was perfect for us as the hotel was located just a quick walk from the bus terminal.

Everything - this place was perfect. If you’re doing the W Trek or generally visiting Torres Del Paine, this is the place for you. Incredible value, super comfy and the friendliest staff. They made breakfast early for those trekking and also allowed us to leave our luggage while we trekked. They also facilitated the return of our bags to a rental company. Do not hesitate, if you are travelling to PN - stay here!

Very clean, tidy, friendly staff and close to the bus station. Let me keep a small bag of things there while I did my hike as staying there after.

If you get a downstairs room it’s very noisy, every footstep from the first floor can be heard so hard when trying to sleep. Also you need a credit card, Chilean pesos or US dollars, they do not accept foreign debit cards, which I didn’t know until I checked in. So come prepared!

The hosts were very helpful and nice. This is a great place to stay if you are just needing a night before starting the W or O Trek. They provided an excellent breakfast and accommodated an extra early start time. She helped arrange our taxis and ensured we paid the fair and correct rate. For no charge they held our bags in storage by the front desk while we completed our trek. The breakfast was the best one provided on our trip.

The location is ideal if you want to be close to the bus station. It is a little farther to walk to the touristy shops and restaurants but it is not a problem if you don’t mind walking or taking a cheap taxi. The area is safe and clean

Nice clean and comfortable room. Great ensuite shower room and toilet. Quiet location, fast wifi. Excellent breakfast. Would have stayed longer, but not surprised it was fully booked. Great place to start and finish the Torres del Paine O or W trek. Near the bus station amd will store extra gear while you walk. Top grade hostal. Do yourself a favour and book here, you won't be disappointed.
