I stayed here for two nights, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel consists of six-room cabanas in a quiet part of town, about a 5–10 minute walk from the main attractions of the island. The property is beautifully maintained, very clean, and peaceful. The room had air conditioning, a fan, a mini-fridge, and a beautiful private bathroom with a step-in shower. The beds were comfortable, with soft pillows and high-quality linens. Small touches like complimentary water, a kettle for coffee/tea, and glassware made the stay even better. The staff were fantastic, always helpful and welcoming. While the location is slightly outside the main hub, it’s an easy walk or you can rent a bike from them. Overall, this is a top-notch, affordable stay for those looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Would definitely return!

Property is super cute off a residential street in Caye Caulker, probably like a 8min walk to the main front strip of the island. Very safe location and also quiet. The rooms are lovely, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The rooms has a fridge and they top you up with a jug of drinking water everyday. There is a small coffee/tea station with sugar, kettle, mugs, glasses and spoons. AC and a ceiling fan, two small bed side stands, several power outlets near the bed, you can get an iron from the main office. Good storage with clothes hangers. Lovely bathroom with hand soap and small soap bars and plenty of towels.

It was small, clean. It has a kettle and fridge. It has a little patio and place to hang wet clothes. It offered bikes to rent for cheap but they sell out so pre book. There was a book of suggestions

No safe, or even a drawer with a key would be nice. Only one small water bottle per day which means I had to buy bottled which don’t get recycled. A little far from action of “town” which is fine if you’re young and don’t mind a stroll for food. The taxes and extra fee were highest I’ve paid on the island, and this entire 3 week trip, if they lowered them it would be worth it.

Overall, a well kept property as depicted in their photos. Attentive staff, but not overpresent. Area felt safe, and was close to a lot of the lesser tourister areas, but close to some great eateries and viewscapes. I also like it is a small-scale local, none of these large monstrosities being built around the island.

Only complaint was there was construction noise early from a nearby structure. Around 7 it started outside the bathroom window. It looks like that will be wrapping up soon. There's nothing they can do, but for transparency sake.

The room was perfect. It was everything we needed to feel comfortable. Having it cleaned everyday was a dream. Great location outside of the party area, but close enough to access everything by foot. We would absolutely recommend!

Internet wasn’t the strongest. Drinking water wasn’t always accessible (maybe leave out in the open). Perhaps include bikes in the daily rate and increase the daily rate- it makes for a better experience overall.

The room was clean (even on sandy/humid Caye Caulker). The a/c and bathroom worked well. Our host was kind and gave us helpful recommendations including where to get dinner and the need to make reservations, which we were easily able to get day of via facebook messenger to the restaurant. It made our evening much smoother!

It was a pretty far walk from many destinations on Caye Caulker. If you're not up for the walk, you can easily find a golf cart taxi to get you there.

These cabins offer everything you need for a short stay. Everything is modern, good shower, good AC, enough storage room, nice host that also provides recommendations.

- Locations is a bit off the centre but this also offers some peace. - Although the cabin is fully equipped with mosquito screens, about 3 mosquitos would still find their way in around 5PM every day. (Luckily the cabin is painted white so you find them easily)

Lovely, clean room. Fresh towels daily, and plenty of toiletries. Attentive and friendly staff (although children were working on the property - not sure if paid or unpaid).

Room was next to a noisy property with animals and kids shouting a lot. There was only a small amount of drinking water provided each day - not nearly enough given the heat.

Milley (the manager) was super nice and helpful. She is a gem! Rooms were clean -- and cleaned every day. Property is really nice and feels secure. On-site bicycle rental was AWESOME! Milley directed us to GREAT food and ideas of things to do. She was always willing to make reservations for us -- so helpful and nice!!

There was nothing that was not good.

The housing is located on the quiet street of Caye Caulker, but at the same time everything is 3-10 minutes away as the island itself is small. if you want to rest well (Caye Caulker is kinda a party island) - choose Dream Cabanas! We had the best time here! the room has AC, coffee/tea, and all the necessary things to have your own breakfast on the terrace! They offer bike rentals for 2,5 USD which we used almost every day as it allows you to also travel to the North island to see the crocodiles. Grocery store is like 1 min away and tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. The property looks really dreamy in the evening with the lights and the host was very helpful during all stay! Room was cleaned every day and we even got some great tips for exploring the very south of the Island where is a beautiful white sand beach which is more popular for locals!
