Stayed at Stelios Place for a week in June and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Katerina got in touch after I'd booked to offer the option of an airport transfer - which I accepted - and her incredible hospitality began at check-in where she explained everything, including potential trips I could do, before showing me to my room. The room was modern, spotlessly clean and had a fridge, kettle, complimentary drinks and the best air con of any apartment I've stayed in. Loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool too. The pool area is really nice - always got a sun lounger even though there aren't loads of them - and while I wished there had been a bar on site (Stelios Place doesn't do food or drink) there's a shop about 2 mins away (and a 24 hour bakery not far from that too), so wasn't a problem. The beach and bus stops are also only a few minutes walk and with Stelios Place being on a quiet side street it really is ideally located with views of the mountain too. I quite enjoyed not being tied to breakfast times - twas easy to find different options for brekkie/brunch at the restaurants on Perissa's beach front - and the wifi worked flawlessly too for my entire stay. All in all, Stelios Places is lovely, family-run accommodation in a great location and I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

We stayed 10 wonderful days at Stelios Place in Perissa, Santorini, and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The villa is beautiful, very clean, well maintained, and run with love and devotion by a lovely family who make you feel truly welcome. They are kind, helpful, and always ready to give you the best advice for your stay. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Stelios Place to the beach, where you can enjoy one of the most unique and breathtaking sunrises we have ever seen. Everyone talks about the sunset in Oia, but honestly the sunrise near Stelios Place is just as magical — peaceful, unforgettable, and without the crowds. There is also a 24/7 bakery nearby for great coffee, plus plenty of tavernas, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. A few tips for future guests: Take the transfer offered by Stelios Place from the airport — very convenient and reasonably priced. For renting a car, don’t book at the airport (too expensive). In Perissa, just a short walk from Stelios Place, you’ll find many offices offering cars with no deposit required and very good prices for both rentals and trips around the island. This is truly a special place — a family business that makes you feel at home.

We were instantly greeted by welcoming staff at the beginning of our stay, who helped us with everything we needed to know about the island and how to get around! The place itself is very clean, we would watch the cleaning team every morning and they did such a fantastic job! Our room was modern, cosy, clean and had a balcony so you could sit outside. The hotel itself has a really nice pool area and kitchen downstairs, so if you do want to self cater during your stay you can! We also loved that the hotel offers a place for you to store your bags and have a shower on the day of check in / out if your room is not ready. The location is great, only 1-2 minutes walk to the main beach strip of Perissa and not far from the Main Street behind that has bakeries, supermarkets and scooter/car rental places. We decided to hire a scooter in the end as the buses seemed a bit unorganised! All in all, a wonderful stay with a very welcoming family! Thank you

Small, friendly and just perfect 👌 Family run hotel which is spotlessly clean and only a few steps to the beach and the strip of restaurants and bars of Perissa. Staff are all so helpful and accommodating. Our flight home wasn't until 11pm so we checked out of our room in the morning and used the pool area and the storage lockers for most of the day. Really good shower and changing facilities (including a hairdryer!) So we could freshen up before leaving. Traditional with a modern twist. I could not fault this place.

Absolutely nothing!

We really enjoyed the accommodation. My partner and I had a room on the top floor, while our two friends stayed downstairs. The pool was perfect, and the jacuzzi being open until 9 p.m. was great. Cleaning service 10/10. The air conditioning in our room was a bit weak. What we would have appreciated and would recommend is a bar/music, as the place was a little too quiet :D All the staff were smiling and friendly, and at the end we received a gift, which made us very happy. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend it. Overall, I give it 8.5/10.

Even before we arrived, she and the whole team took care of us, providing clear directions, useful tips, and suggestions for places to visit and things to do in Santorini. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The services at Stelios Place are incredibly well thought-out. Even after check-out, they offer lockers where you can safely store your belongings if you want to enjoy your last day at the beach. There are also shared bathrooms and showers outside the rooms, all spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We really appreciated the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the excellent value. I would absolutely recommend Stelios Place to anyone visiting Santorini – you’ll be in great hands!

Had an amazing 3 night stay here recently. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, everything was cleaned to a high standard and the family who run this place are wonderful, so helpful and warm with regular communication. It was a quiet, comfortable location within minutes walk to everything you could need. As a solo traveller I felt very safe, comfortable and well looked after. Would highly recommend. I had a late flight on the day I checked out but was able to use the facilities (including luggage storage, showers, pool) and they provided me with towels to use, and took care of my airport transfer.
