Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Customer service skill. Talked to Grace regarding the room issue and she offered to let us use the entire floor without other guest with no extra charge. Security guards who did their job well. Quietness, since it is not located near the town. Not suitable for party goers. Nice welcome drinks. Kitchen is considered well equipped, or ask from the staff if you need anything.

Description of the rooms is not clear and pictures are a bit misleading. Booked family room with private bathroom. It is actually 2 separate rooms on both sides and bathroom in the middle. Access to the rooms and bathroom is a glass sliding door with no lock. The rooms located at 2nd floor and the door of the main entrance can only be locked from outside. Noise can be heard clearly from downstairs or upper floor because it is not entirely "enclosed". We used the king suite room (1-4 pictures) instead, killed quite a numbers of mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. Seems like the windows in the bathroom cannot close properly. Pick up time for transfer to the airport is not very flexible because they use shared van. It would be perfect if there is swimming pool at the property.

the property is inside a subdivision and it is outside of town proper so it is more private, quiet and safe for the family. we booked 3 bedrooms at the ground floor and we’re lucky since there’s also a living room, dining room and kitchen on the same floor which we also got exclusive access during our stay. it’s like we rented a whole house instead of 3 bedrooms only so we really had a very comfortable stay there. the staff are friendly and very accommodating and we also met the owner, Ms. Emma who is very approachable and friendly too. they even help my hubby set-up a surprise for me during my birthday. there are also board games for the family to enjoy in case of idle time. I highly recommend Bella Villa for families on vacation in Coron.

It’s more an AirBnB. There are three floors, we stayed at the first floor. One room was occupied by a relative from the owner. We didn’t know that. Far away from city.

3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and well equiped. Staff was extremely helpful. The villa is located in a gated community, so you can avoid all the noise and buzz from the town. Getting to town is only arround 40 Pesos pe person with a trike. The staff will always help you with whatever you need. Special thanks to Mary who even helped us get ferry tickets after our flight got last minute cancelled.

Everything! Location: Pros- The neighborhood is so peaceful, calming and relaxing as you can see in the photos it's surrounded by mountains and trees. The view from the balconies is awesome! It's 10mins away from town by motorcycle which is still reasonable commute. Cons - Expect that there's no walking distance restaurants. Villa Interior: It's cozy and clean! Very spacious common area, you can host a parties with your family and friends. Staffs: Very nice and helpful. They upgraded our room since we were the only guests (couple) that period. We had the whole villa for 4D3N. They also booked our tours and airport transfers without down-payment. Breakfast: Love it! Tapa is the best! Room with as queen-sized bed: It's small but clean and comfy. Wifi: We had a hard time connecting but it's OK as we enjoyed off the grid. If you're planning to work during your stay, bring pocket wifi under Smart Network. Globe has weak signal.

The place is really nice. It’s just like the pictures : beautiful house, comfy rooms, nice shared spaces. The breakfast is delicious - and we even had some welcome cookies when we arrived ! This place is a little quiet heaven near the city. + the staff arranged for us to rent a scooter which makes it easy to go to the center. We loved it !!

We had the chance to be mostly alone on our floor, but it can be a bit complicated to share a bathroom and queue for the toilets when the other rooms are full.

staff were the loveliest people ever!! they were always there to help. breakfast was amazing, the pancakes were the best ive ever had. the rooms are all so clean and there’s so much space. common areas all have little games to play and the tvs were excellent. kitchens had everything you needed.

Wi-Fi wasn’t the best but they’ve just put in a new fibre optic internet so should be better.

Our stay was like staying with family. It's so cosy and clean (cleanest place we have been so far in 4 weeks Indonesia and the one week Philippines). It's in a quiet area - 5-10min by bike to old town. Definitely recommended. The villa adopted a small cute cat as well - Prince. Makes it even more feeling like home ❤️ Breakfast is eggs, vegetables or pancakes on your choice to the time you want it. We even extended our stay in Coron because we liked it so much.

The staff was really nice. The breakfast was really good. We even got an early breakfast to go when we left to el nido by ferry at 4:45 am. They arranged a tour for us and it Was really great. Also the Tour prices and ferry Tickets weren't any more expensive than buying them on Our own. The view from the breakfast area is great. You can rent motorcycles at the place and ours was in perfect condition. They also call you a trycycle to get in town. Price is around 40 pesos per Person. All in all it was a great stay and we enjoyed it.

Unfortunately, Our room was not that clean when we arrived. After we talked to the Manager about this she had it handeled. In the future they will be more accurate with cleaning the rooms :)

The staff was absolutely the kindest, we loved them. They were really helpful and sweet. Breakfast was really good too. We asked them if it was possible to do an early breakfast before we got a tour and they were completely fine with that. They also helped us with the tour voucher, which was needed for the S-Pass (take notice, haha!). The house was super beautiful, there were 3 floors and all of them were amazing. We slept on the first floor, but had the whole house for ourselves, so we enjoyed eachother at one of the terraces, which were really nice too. The location is a bit out of town, with a scooter it was completely fine (10 minute ride), but it was well guarded.

The WiFi only works at the reception, but in the room it didn’t work at all… That was a bit of a bummer, because our network connection (SMART & one of the others had Globe) didn’t work, so there was no internet.
