The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got our rooms at the back of the motel, so it was very quiet and private. The rooms were also very clean. We stayed for four nights. The location was wonderful for wishing to travel anywhere in the Collingwood area - by foot or by vehicle. Tim Horton's, McDonald's, Kelsey's right there. Beautiful trails, park and waterfront right there, too. When we return, we will definitely stay at the Milestone Motel again.

Perhaps a selection of pillows might be nice. The ones I had were too firm for me, but I was able to get a softer one from another room. That said, the bed was very comfortable.

Great location in the heart of Collingwood and good facilities. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The heat was easy to control and the room was comfortable. We were glad for the microwave and the mini bar fridge, which was convenient for take out if it needed to be heated up or stored away. Check in and check out was easy.

While the room was ample size for two people, it was still on the small end (we were at the end of the building). I'm not sure how large the other rooms were. Wished there was a workout room or at least a treadmill.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Small but clean room. Great tv and cable. Desk setup was perfect to do some work at. Very large updated bathroom. Comfortable bed. Conveniently located near restaurants and the downtown. Staff were able to accommodate both and early checkin and checkout - call and ask though!

Just be aware you are on the Main Street of the downtown core - there will be some unavoidable noise like snow plows or heavy traffic through the nearby McDonald’s - only noticeable if you’re a light sleeper (this would be applicable at all hotels in Collingwood though)

I enjoyed the location so much I booked a 2nd night. Clean rooms, good value, great location, every Restaurant imaginable, bike trails excellent, gardens just behind. McD, Timmy's etc across the street etc. A little street noise but gets quiet at night.

It was well within walking distance of everything we needed. The trail walk and splash pad behind the motel was amazing. The water front was also within walking distance which was also breath taking. There was something to do for everyone.

We were very contented.

The room and bathroom were good. Beds were comfortable. We were close to a busy street but did not hear noise during the night so it is well sound-proofed. No breakfast was provided but it is close to a Tim Hortons and other restaurants and that suited us.

The location was excellent - very close to restaurants, downtown and the waterfront. The only problem for me was the lack of coffee-making facilities in the room…

Great location and value plus its clean. Nothing fancy but the towels are really soft and look new. Small fridge and microwave are handy if you need them.

A little road noise but it's a motel so it's to be expected. Quiet a night.

Very nice double/triple room with fridge and microwave, air conditioning, spic and span modern bathroom, and parking at the door, in an ideal location -- on First Street (Hwy 26) a few short blocks from Hurontario (i.e., the main street in historic Collingwood), half a block from remarkable waterfront park "The Arboretum", and a 10/15-minute drive from Blue Mountain. Tim Horton's on one side, Subway on the other, and fine restaurants and fashion shops in walking distance.

I would have loved a coffee maker -- but with Tim's two doors away and Starbucks a little further, it was not important.

we did not eat breakfast at hotel. Eating at Eggsmart up the street was nice. They serve Bailey's in your coffee. I liked the proximity to the ski resort. I don't have anything bad to say about my trip.

Collingwood is expensive to stay in. Tesla superchargers were down the entire time we were there. Busy area. Lots of people at Blue Mountain. There really isn't anything that I didn't like or regret about my trip.
