The room, staff, breakfast, fire pit, happy hour were all excellent!

We stayed for 3 nights & our beds & room wasn’t cleaned. Last full day we was there when we came back our dirty towels were gone but our beds & dishes from outside fire pit were still there. The second night we was there housekeeping came at around dinner time & asked if we wanted them to clean room but we was relaxing so we said not at that moment. I just think for the amount of money we paid for our stay there should have been more effort for our room to be cleaned. Everything else during our stay was nice.

I was greeted by a very welcoming and thorough receptionist. Our room was very spacious and cleaned to perfection! I cannot say enough good things about the staff, especially the breakfast staff! It is by far the best hotel breakfast we have ever had and we travel a lot! Everything was kept so clean and the staff there were so personable. It was a great way to start the day! They also offered egg whites which was a huge plus for me. They had little special touches like a chalkboard sign upon the entrance and at breakfast that gave good information. I also liked that the rooms had blackout shades! My husband and I both slept later than normal, which was great! Location was perfect for us. There is a Walmart beside the hotel, but it was tucked away to where you didn’t hear any noise from it, but you had the convenience of it! We did not take advantage of the free laundry facilities but I also thought that was a great perk!

Front desk staff so welcoming! Food nicely presented and very good. Entire facility reflects care and concern. Would definitely return!

Spacious, quiet, clean - an exceptional hotel. Staff was caring and competent. Room was large, dishes and silverware were provided, room and hall were quiet. Everthing was spotless. Check in/out was painless, staff was very helpful and always had a smile as they assissted us. Breakfast was excellent. Hot dishes, waffles, fresh fruit, scones, hot biscuits, juice, china, silverware - no plastic or paper plates unless you needed them.

One more hot dish at breakfast each day the meal would have been superior. The room wasn't a true suite - kitchen, sleeping area, and living area were all in the same space - no separation at all.

I loved everything about the property and the staff was very manner able the front desk person Jacqui .. I think and the older gentleman in the kitchen so helpful and courteous. I also want to thank the maintenance guy who came and open our door after the latch locked us out he was very fast. It was so appreciative. We thought we were gonna be there for a while thanks. We'll be back.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We liked the thermostat on the wall.

The sofa was low, very uncomfortable and perpendicular to the TV. To watch the TV from the sofa you had to twist sideways to watch. Also three doors that all opened up to each other in the bathroom area was a bit cumbersome.

Honestly, all was a big and positive surprise. The hotel was really well located, super friendly staff. Rooms have a lot of space, the pool area was very cute! Breakfast was impeccable and even had some options for me since I’m lactose and gluten intolerant. Beds and pillows super comfortable. The most impressive part was the msg you receive once you get in your room. They wanna know if you liked it and was feeling comfortable.

The property was attractive, very clean, nice rooms and bathrooms, spacious, and we felt very safe. The hotel is located in a convenient location by places to eat, gas station, and Walmart. The staff and security were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were fresh and convenient for a small bite before heading out to our conference each day.

The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable.

The staff was wonderful. Always willing to help! The hotel facilities were very clean. The room was also very clean. The breakfast was awesome

The shower curtain smelled musty, probably there’s not enough ventilation in the bathroom to completely dry it in between showers. I think the mattress could have been a little more comfortable, maybe it needs to be replaced. The smoke alarm light kept flashing all night long

Every staff member we met was very helpful, friendly and professional. Cary, the first staff member, we met at the desk was extremely helpful. She gave us some great places to have dinner. We really enjoyed breakfast, especially since there were different items to choose from each day. The kitchen staff were great, very friendly, always with a smile and a happy greeting. The evening "social meetings" were a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will say again when in the Vero Beach area.

Our only complaint was that the lighting in the dressing, bathroom sink, area was not sufficient, especially when my wife attempted to do her hair and put on make-up. The lighting in the rest of the room was good.
