We booked this hotel wanting absolute serenity and relaxation and it delivered 100%. The size of the property is perfect for those looking to escape - only 4 rooms - and the aspect and views are breathtaking. Photos do not do it justice. The rooms are well sized given that the hotel is an old Mani Tower. Because of the size it feels like most of the shared space around the pool area is private. Special mention to go to owner Kostas who has bought this place to life - he is engaging, knowledgeable about the local area and passionate about the region and his guests hospitality. We did quite a bit of exploring during our stay but it would be perfectly possible to spend your entire stay within the walls of the property and have your every need catered for. The food we had on our first night was delicious, and so to was the breakfast every morning. We have been hesitant to mention the address to too many people only because we selfishly want it to remain a hidden gem! We can’t wait to come back and stay again and enjoy Deep Mani knowing that we have paradise to go back to at the end of a day exploring.

A wonderful experience ,always to remember.Stunning views and location in the rugged Mani landscape .exceptional staff and beautiful carefully created dining .Breakfast was a refined experience and dinners were perfect sitting under the olive tees watching the sunset over the beautiful calm warm sea .There are only 3 rooms in the tower with separate dining areas for each guests .A beautiful small infinity pool to enjoy .Nice beach to swim nearby Kostas our host was a wonderful source of information.We have great respect for what he has created.Tainaron Blue is one the most special places that we have travelled to .It is refreshing to find such places in our world

We travelled a lot , everywhere in the world but this setting and stay are beyond everything we have seen : the beauty, the setting, the friendliness and unusual vibe which makes everything perfect or more than perfect ; we never go twice to the same place as there is so much to be seen in the world but as to this place I can only say: we will come back. Staying at Tainaron Blue Retreat was an absolute dream! It combines breathtaking mountain and sea views with a serene, rustic charm that’s impossible to forget. The room was luxurious with unique decor and attention to every detail. The food was equally spectacular, with local, fresh ingredients that highlighted Mani’s culinary heritage. Dining under olive trees was unforgettable. This place is a hidden gem that beautifully combines history, nature, and luxury.

HEAVENLY. This place is a gem, an extremely special and unique stay in a fabulously restored old Tower, with so much attention to detail; note the stone mortar is the best! It is located in an unbelievably beautiful spot on the Mani peninsula. Food, incredibly delicious and beautiful. Costa the owner, and the architect is completely brilliant and all the staff are courteous. Thank you.

It was perfect

Big crush for Kostas’s place - as beautiful as on the pictures - even more once you are in front of the unique sea view - we stayed 3 nights and I think one more would have been the perfect time to plenty enjoy Tainaron blue’s spot. We slept in the tour - A very unique experience which is part of the place’s charm - you have the feeling to sleep in a lighthouse - but with all the expected comfort you are looking for during holidays - if you are very very tall, it might be a bit narrow - with my husband we are both tall (1m85 and 1m75) and it was fine - anyway there are three other rooms where to stay ! Kostas and his team are doing everything to make you feel good and they think about all small, but important, details that make your stay special. And the food... no words how all the starters, mains and desserts were delicious - everything is home made and all receipes are refined. ( I am gluten free and they kindly found alternatives for me ) What we loved about this place is how peaceful it is - it was our first time in Greece and we started with the discover of Vathia’s area - best decision. It is still very preserved, several beautiful not busy coves - you feel very lucky to be part of the few to discover the landscapes and enjoy the sea. Tainaron blue’s hotel is the kind of spot you would like to keep for you !

Great, scenic location, super friendly and knowledgeable host/owner and super helpful staff. The food was awesome, we had a spectacular dinner and the setting is magical. Breakfast was an incredible, unique experience.

The tower room is a little hard to get in and out of, due to stairs and low entranceway. The room is also on 2 levels, which makes it hard to appreciate the total size. We would try a different room next time.

Every single experience we had at Tainaron Blue was unique. From the 1st minute you enter the facilities you get to feel the true meaning of hospitality by Mr Kostas (the owner) who is taking care of you and has paid attention to every single detail of your stay. The room was very cozy, minimalistic and nicely decorated with super comfortable beds and linen. Our best time of the day was when we had to eat. Both breakfast and dinner (both days), were served with such care from the all staff and Mr Kostas himself explaining every dish and giving you the full experience. All dishes were just mesmerizing, we just wanted to taste everything (a great reason to visit again!) I can keep on talking but I am sure you get the idea. Tainaron Blue is one of best experiences I had so far and is located in one of the most beautiful places in Greece, Mani! Worth every single euro you pay!
