The owners of this property, Daniela and Paulo, are amazing. They made us feel so welcome and at home. The accommodation has a beautiful garden with wonderful views. They obviously work very hard to maintain the standards both inside the property and in the garden. Paulo is always happy to give you advise on the area. The accommodation is situated on the outskirts of Como but there is a bus stop a very short walk down a lane with stunning views. The buses are regular and cheap and it's a short ride to the Lake. There is a swimming pool which unfortunately they were just getting ready for the summer season but if we went when the pool was open we agreed that we would happily spend all day in the garden. The breakfast was served in their lovely, comfortable lounge dining room. Daniela makes sure that the serving plates are topped up. On our last day we needed a taxi to get to the station but because there was a problem Paulo took us there in his car. So kind. The lady who works for them and does the cleaning is lovely and will go out of her way to help you. Thank you Paulo and Daniela for adding so much to our holiday.

The garden area is beautiful, and the pool is very secluded yet you feel like you are surrounded by the greenery and nature. Even though we chose the cheaper room without the view of the pool, the views over the mountains and hills in the background were still very lovely. It was about a 20 min walk to the old / pedestrianised bit of Como town. so very walk-able and reasonable for what we paid, nothing like it in that price range nearby. There was parking included for guests too behind the property.

There wasn't much wrong with this place at all! The only thing was there weren't any shampoos or conditioners only hand soaps, however I should have checked for this as it isnt usually a guaranteed. If the air conditioner could go lower by just a degree or two that would have been great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were really nice and warm, the estate in which our room was located was stunning and had the old Italian charm and vibe. Everything was well thought of - starting with the check-in and ending with being able to buy a first bus ticket in a self-service "basket" in our shared living room. We also loved our morning and evening swims in the adjacent pool and the morning espresso with lovely breakfast (including figs grown in the backyard!). 11/10 would come again.

Would not recommend this accomodation to very light sleepers (luckily not us :)), there is a very busy road (especially at night) located directly under the windows. However, this is clearly stated in the B&B's description and the guests are provided with free ear plugs, so we knew about this situation and were totally fine with it. The only actual downside was that once shadow set's on the pool's area, the mosquitos go wild and mad and we got bitten quite severely. Therefore, unlike us, it is important not to forget insects repellent :).

Paolo and Daniela couldn't have been nicer. The room was lovely and I particularly loved the small private bathroom - nice to have a hot bath after a long day travelling. Paola was so kind and helpful. There's just a lovely vibe in this house.

I liked everything. The house is a bit outside Como. It was fine for me, I love walking, but that might not suit all. However, I believe there's a bus. And this slight inconvenience is reflected in the price.

This place makes you feel like home, such a good place to stay and warm welcome for lovely owner couple. Just put in mind for the location is quite hard to reach by foot so you need to take bus which not the best since it will be stop operating after 10pm and if you light sleeper the rooms are right beside the road . After all it’s really an excellent place!! And i am so thank you for the warm hospitality provided!!

This bed and breakfast was EXCELLENT! The hosts were incredibly kind and provided so much information. The breakfast was perfect (typical European breakfast - croissants, hard boiled eggs, coffee, bread, etc.) and the B&B was very clean. I stayed in a very spacious room with my own bathroom and it exceeded my expectations. The hosts did a great job of making things convenient (offering bus tickets, alcohol, and water bottles for a small rate) provided maps, recommendations, and were very personable. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable here. If I’m ever back in Como or know of any friends/family going, I will 100% recommend this bed and breakfast!

The location was a bit of a walk from the train station. It is considerably uphill, but there is a bus system that runs through the area and that stops nearby the house.

Everything. Beautiful garden, lovely hosts, swimming pool with great view. Free parking. Easy to go also by train to Milan. Good restaurants and old town at walking distance. Road is quite close, but it was not too noisy for us, there were also ear plugs available if needed. We did not need.

We enjoyed completely everything, Starting from the host, and finishing with the view. The pool is my absolute favorite 😍 A bunch of perfect advices and tips were given to us by the host, and we applied them 😃 Also we had a large and heavy suitcase and the host opened for us another entrance with a private elevator! That means a lot to us, thank you! Wi-Fi, breakfast and the accommodation itself were just what we were expecting and even more!

The hosts are a very friendly elderly couple that tries to help their guest as much as they can. The B&B is located about 200 m from a Bus stop so getting there by bus from Como is easy. The breakfast was tasty and the rooms were clean. You can buy Bus Tickets directly at the B&B which is cheaper as well as more comfortable than buying them in the bus.

The Check In timeframe is rather short (17:30 to 19:30).

Warm and welcoming, greeted with a smile everyday. Cool room and beautiful house very comfortable and friendly 👌 great bus links & train. Overall this place is a hidden gem. We will sure to be back!
