The staff was friendly, good atmosphere with other travelers, nearby lots of food, shopping, popular malls. Short walk to BTS station. Bathrooms are clean. Filtered water is available which is a plus. Also access to kitchen. Rooms were nice and quiet no rowdy people

The mattress was a little stiff for my liking. Other than this no complaints would stay here again.

The male Staff (Bon) is very nice and helpful and can speak a little bit of English. 👍👍

The Toilet did not provide Shampoo, body bath, and limited toilet paper and the Toilet floor was very very slippery and did not clean up the area every day It looked very dirty The room light for the main row is also not functioning informed to the cleaner but no action becomes very inconvenient and the bed very hard the staircase straight very difficult to going up to the bed. Didn't ask whether we needed to tidy up the room every day.. The kitchen area especially the dining table also does not tidy up it looks very messy and dirty. The living area is horrible for the TV area. The main entrance looks like a night market and no shoes are provided.

The staffs are very helpful and approachable. Always smiling and greets you, when you ask them something they really trive to get it or answer you. Really value for money if your looking for a place to stay the night.

The bed is not too soft and the pillow and blanket has stains and The kitchen ceiling needs repair also.

Nice clean bed, good washroom, friendly and helpful receptionist. He help me through late check in. Near all the place of attraction, affordable and really love it. Have rooftop to dry up washed clothes.

It's a relaxing retreat away from the main road yet in the middle of the shopping district. The colour scheme and decor are functional and not loud. You can get a good night's sleep. There is a rooftop. There is an accessible kitchen and it is open plan, which is convenient. Staff are helpful and friendly

Good and friendly service. Bed is comfortable and a good size. Location is good with many eateries and malls nearby. But the MTR is quite a distance to walk in this heat. Wifi was good while i was here.

On the center of Pratunam, just walking distance to Pratunam market, Platinum Partunam, big C, Centerworld. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed is comfy with clean bed sheet, blanket and towel. You can in and out by yourself
