Nice heritage property just at the fringe area of old Jodhpur town. Owned by generation of “Pal” who used to be close to the Kings of Jodhpur. In the same premises now two different hotels are run by the present generation of Pal. We stayed in one of them. Generous owner, I booked 2 rooms for 4 persons, took food in their Resturant. They took payment only while checking out. No advance even if I offered. Staff very good.

1) My rooms were in ground floor, WiFi internet was very poor. They need to put routers in each room rather than outside. May be old Haveli walls are too strong for signals to enter. 2) The Resturant is it roof above 3rd floor, no lift. If one has knee or other health issue it may be a concern. But they can deliver at room.

Excellent haveli 150 metres from the clock-tower and market. Our big room looked out at the fort and while the shower was OK it lacked pressure. The rooftop restaurant has 360 degree views. Here breakfast was again OK and all you need with cooked options available. The dinner menu was long enough for no repeats, the very good food was all cooked fresh and of course there was the floodlit fort to admire. Here I want to mention the staff who were all professional and friendly. The breakfast guy, whose name I have sadly forgotten and Jaswant were especially good. We would return without question.

Beautiful view of fort from our room big windows.The hotel building was decorated with hundreds of pictures of maharaja and monarch of Jodhpur that gave the nostalgic feeling of the old time India. Room was good size even with 1 extra bed. This property located in the same wall area with Pal Haveli, so don’t get confused. From the entrance of the property we walked only few steps to the center of town with lively fresh vegetables and fruits market. The iconic tower just there too. It was convenient location to get the vibe of Indian local life.

Restaurant on the roof top has wonderful view but the BF (with only few set menu to choose) that also was served there was not good at all, not many choices. We didn’t try dinner there because we got bad impression already with BF menu.

First floor room near the reception was convenient. Receptionist was super helpful solving wifi issues and arranging money exchanges. Location meant easy walk to market and blue city.

On departure staff did not seem to know which car was supposed to be taking us to Udaipur and we were ushered into the wrong one which left then had to return. The right driver then wasted time making phone calls and refuelling which he should have done before picking us up.

We had booked our stay at Haveli Inn Pal as our first night in Rajasthan. Our flight was a bit late, so we reached Jodhpur from Jaipur at close to midnight and we were really tired after the long travel. Plus our driver was telling us that the car might not reach the hotel so we were obviously a bit concerned. So, you can imagine my joy when we checked in at nearly midnight and got a look at our rooms. The rooms were excellent to say the least and the staff were amazing. I was in contact with the staff throughout our journey from Jaipur and they had kept the dinner prepared and ready for us. I would like to specially mention Somu, who helped us through out our stay and was absolutely on point with any of our requests. The main thing that has to be mentioned is the view from the restaurant. The Mehrangarh fort is in full view and at night it looks even more wonderful.

I stayed at Haveli Inn Pal with my mom. We had a very cosy and comfortable stay for 4 days. It's a beautiful haveli type property at the center of the city. The food at the Panoroma restaurant was delicious and they made sure to customise whatever we required. The restaurant staff Somu was very sweet and took good care of us. All the staff were very humble and courteous.

Haveli Inn Pal is in a great location, next to the Clock Tower Market and the lake. We were able to walk to the market and sightsee easily. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The whole haveli is beautifully decorated. Staff were very helpful in arranging taxis and giving us tips on where to go. The rooftop restaurant gives you 360 degree views of Jodhpur and the majestic Mehrangarh Fort. The food there is good, nothing to complain about. Service was a bit slow, but I think this is because they only had one or two waiters to service the whole restaurant when we were there. Haveli Inn Pal was great value for money and we would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful view of the fort from our room, very comfortable and spacious with good hot shower and comfy bed. The room was very quiet and no problems sleeping. Staff were super helpful and friendly, dinner on roof was lovely and also great spot for breakfast. The view of the fort makes the stay outstanding. Also great spot to go for walk and look around town. Happily recommend Haveli Inn Pal

We loved staying here, the family that own and run the Haveli and the staff are wonderful. The location is perfect, just two minutes from the clocktower markets and amazing step well. It’s also surrounded by really good restaurants and cafes. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The view from the rooms of the fort are amazing and rooftop restaurant views are breathtaking. The food was also very good.

Great location. Right in the heart of the old city, but still relatively quiet. Rooftop restaurant has an incredible view of the fort. The perfect place for a breakfast or a few beers. The food is good too - have the eggplant curry. Also, it’s very close to Spice Paradise cooking school - a must-do in Jodhpur!

Wifi is temperamental.
