The staff was very kind, we had a long travel before arrival and since their reception desk works until 22, they made sure to check on us the days before we arrived so they can save a spot for us in their parking and make sure that when we arrive there will be someone to welcome us. Moreover, we needed some hygiene products and since the supermarkets and pharmacies were closed we asked if they one ones that working. Turned out they have a set of hygiene products and they let us in to take the ones that we needed.

The lightning in the room wasn't enough, in my opinion, there was no main lamp in the room only night lamps on both sides of bed, they were still strong tho. Also the water temperature didn't stayed consistent while showering, but I feel like it was the same in the whole city

Great location in the heart of the old town. Lots of shopping, food, and bars nearby all within walking distance. The lobby was clean and modern. The room was comfortable and spacious, with large windows and comfortable beds. The bathroom was huge and equipped with more than the basics.

The hotel's parking garage was too small to fit our car, but in all fairness we did have a rather large American pick up truck, though I think anything over a cross-over SUV would be too large

There was no aircon and we had amazing weather so a aircon would have been lovely

I asked to book a car parking spot in the secure parking as I was carrying charitable stores in my vehicle which were of value. I received a message saying this was booked and that there was no charge however on arrival I was charged 20 Euros. Not sure if the original message was from the hotel or from booking.com

The hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of the Bielefeld Altstadt with the Christmas market a couple of minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was hot and cold beverages in the room and in the hotel lobby that was included in the price and the breakfast buffet was well laid out and plentiful. The parking arrangement via a car lift to a car park beneath the hotel was an excellent arrangement at a reasonable cost.

The towels in the room, although changed regularly, were a bit flimsy and a bathrobe is required post shower. We were surprised that there were no USB charging ports in the room and had to purchase a USB charger with European plug in - we will bring one next time.

A great hotel in a prime location for a visit to Bielefeld and the Christmas Markets. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent at a competitive price.

USB Charging ports in the bedroom would have been useful. As we were meeting friends regularly in the foyer, more seating would have been useful - as would have been a cash bar!

The coffee machine in the room was really nice, actually the only coffee I've taken for all week :>

There was just a light in the entrance corner of the bathroom, near the mirror, that kept turning off and on really quickly. It could have been a problem if someone was epileptic. But nothing that can't be fixed. The rest was perfect.

Stuff was very friendly. Interior was beautiful! I loved the flowers in the groundfloor- lilies ,the amazing smell was everywhere. The room was elegant,the bathroom is simply great! it is huge and has also a bidet! The Coffee maker with small Coffee capsules I found also very nice. I did not have breakfeast where so I cannot describe it but the opportunity to have it is there. The location is very good - in the middle of old town

I liked everything

The hotel is just perfect! We get to feel German house in most comfortable way. Room was very spacious. It was all clean, felt like real home with no any stains, not even a dust. Secure car parking. We were travelling back to Sweden from Paris and used that hotel as a sleep over so we couldn’t make it within regular checking time. The hotel made sure that we could easily self check in. Process was very smooth and super thankful to Gloria who gave us clear and easy to follow instructions over messages. Breakfast was very generous and tasty! Overall it’s a perfect place for traveller. Great value for money, in-fact you are getting more than what you are paying.
