Our room was on the back side of the building, so we did not have the sea view, but it was spacious and the bathroom (with tub shower) was huge for Sicily. The balcony where breakfast is eaten does have the promised water view, and the breakfast itself was fresh and varied (hams, cheeses, pastries, decent coffee). As noted in other reviews, it is a hike up from the beach area with several sets of stairs up to the apartment complex. However, I’m not in the greatest shape and I found it manageable because all but the top short stretch have shallow steps.

I chose Ma&Mi mainly for the available parking as there is virtually none in the tourist area. As noted in the listing, the B&B has three reserved spaces but they were all taken when we arrived. We parked along a wall opposite the building, along with several other guests who arrived after us, and that worked out fine. Turning off the road into the driveway felt like launching off the edge of a ski slope, but getting back out onto the road was surprisingly easy.

The view from the balcony andterrase is amasing! You can see the old fortress on the hill, the city, and the sea as far as Ustica islan. There is daily room service, and the breakfast is very good

The pedestrian sccess from the city center is not very friendly for a baby stroller. Some long and steep stairs have to be climbed. The sea view room had no bathroom window and the toilet was electrical.

The accommodations are very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is common for 4 or 5 rooms, but it has a beautiful terrace and is fully equipped with domestic appliances, a self-service ''honest bar'' and all the rest necessary issues like spices, oil, balsamic etc. So, we were able to prepare a nice breakfast. We also received clear and detailed instructions from the owner on how to access the rooms late in the evening.

The location is great - with a beautiful see view from the rooms and the breakfast terrace. You are at 15-20 min by walk to the centre and beach. The host was really nice. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety. I really enjoyed one of the cakes with apricot filling. This was a great quality breakfast which you can enjoy on a beautiful terrace with wonderful sea view. The room and bathroom were really clean and comfy. There are allocated parking spaces - really convenient when you travel by car like us.

The private bathroom is outside of the room so you have to go in the common corridor to access it. The biggest issue we had was that the air con was not working at all - no cool air. We noticed that late in the evening so could not inform the host and we stayed only one night. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The breakfast was so good!! The best one I got in Italy! And the lady serving us was super nice. The apartment was nice and comfy, not that big but totally in accordance with the photos. The location is nice, in a quiet area not too far from the center (you can walk there, but like anywhere in Italy there is stairs/incline)

1. The bathroom is tinny and it doesn't have a goid and eficiency ventilation. 2. The room does't have friedge and the acces to chitchen is limited

Spacious rooms; good value for money; big beds and a nice breakfast. 10 minute walk from town which had a variety of excellent restaurants and a great atmosphere.

Our shower unfortunately dripped which was a bit annoying and we could hear our neighbours snoring a lot of the night so walls weren’t very sound proof. Although parking spaces were reserved they were full when we arrived but the owner did help us find an alternative place to park.

Very clean room. Excellent breakfast and very friendly host (family run business).

The flat is situated on a hill not far away from the town centre but you need to be ready to put some effort into it getting back from the town centre.

The view from the terrace was spectacular. Very clean and very nice personnel.

Nothing. Maybe a downside is that is a bit uphill but we knew that already. So really nothing bad to say

Location was good but lots of steps however the view was worth it and breathtaking. It was only a 20 minute walk to centre of town but heat made it feel longer.
