It was conveniently off the highway. I was driving from Austin, TX to NYC and this was night two, so it was nice to have this stop right along my route and right off the interstate. The staff was really friendly, the text messages from the hotel were helpful. I was able to project my arrival (later in the evening) even when in traffic and accounting for my timezone shift mistake. They were very accommodating.

Room was not the cleanest, and had a musty smell. But I was only there to sleep before hitting the road again.

The room was convenient. The air conditioning worked very well, even a little too cold. Really enjoyed the refreshment choices in the lobby. We made our first stop there on our was to a family reunion in Nashville. It was so convenient when we checked out we book it for our return trip a week later. We asked at the desk for the nearest pizza place and was directed to Franks. They were closing in a half hour so we ordered a pizza to go and bought beer and wine from your refreshments and ate in our room. It was fun. We really enjoyed your breakfast selections, especially the waffle. It is also very convenient to on and off Rt., 81. We stay there again if travels took us in that direction.

Room was really cold.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful; we came through just as the South East was being hit by Storm Helene, and so we suddenly needed to be here for an extra night rather than journeying onwards. This was accommodated quickly and sympathetically, and we were able to remain in the same room despite only booking another night at 9am on the morning we should have left.

The hotel is fairly basic in its own facilities, and the rooms are basic and functional. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming.

I have stayed at this location many times and I have always been happy with the breakfast offerings. This time the experience was not as good. The eggs and sausage were both running out and they were both cold. The bananas were bruised up and disgusting and no one restocked the creme cheese. I left and had to buy breakfast elsewhere,

The staff was fast, friendly an welcoming. The hotel ,the room /bathroom was clean , well stocked an up to date. Beds was clean an soft . The hotel was very safe &quiet .they had delicious breakfast options. had a nice pool. Had mountain views. Some Attractions are close also food &gas close. Definitely Recommend.

I liked the large clean room and bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The sheets were also clean and the thread count was very soft.

the breakfast had two kinds of bread. I was hoping for bagels. But other than that the breakfast did offer other choices such as: make your own waffle, packets of oatmeal, hot meal options of eggs and sausage, an option of fruit.

the a/c was very loud when coming on or shutting off - sounded like a plane ready for take off - on the plus side, it did drown out my sister's snoring!

Just travelling through on route to Florida…gentleman at the counter was very nice and welcoming. Room was so quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was fine…not sure what most people complain about…there was enough to fill a stomach. Toast, cereal, eggs, yogurt, fruit, waffles etc. Paying so little for the hotel…dont complain when there is not a big selection!!!! If you want to eat big…spend the extra money on a more expensive hotel.

It was clean breakfest room always Opened on time. Room was clean and in good repair, better than ogher Places in the area. Less Expensive then closer to downtown also much nicer.

The shower head in the room was a little low so if you're taller, then save 5'6 You'll have to bend down to wash your hair. I had an out side room I'm parking philadelphia and front of the room. So had to sat in parking lot behind that. So no biggi.

AJ, property manager, was very hands on & extremely helpful during our 1 night stay. He answered all questions with courtesy & respect no matter how silly it was.

The breakfast was very limited and presentation was not appetizing. Eggs were little round circles like miniature pancakes and sausage patties were kinda floating in greasy water. Only white bread for toast. Passed on breakfast.
