Sure I've been here for 6 months I needed to get away with my daughter have 3 foster kids and relax fri.pooland hot tub was so cold i couldn't use it nor say manager said no maitince man on weekend how do you check chemicals in the pool then she said we don't.yuk Sat morning there were 50 people down there for the whole time some dance mom show kaos no food no dishes nothing I saw what they were eating nothing like the next 2 days toast no bagelsor fruit it sucked no where for people to sit and smoke outside so they threw there butts every where and no one cleans it up maybe if there was more than 1 pole with a whole in it at the back of the hotel they wouldn't do that! It wasn't worth 580.00 dollars

I loved my stay!! Roanoke owes me nothing… definitely would visit again. I was on the highest floor and got a really nice view! I love the SMS check-in along my stay! Was very helpful. I would love to visit again. The pool and jacuzzi was nice! Definitely loved how the pool wasn’t extremely cold but perfect for relaxation.

Only thing I wish was different was if my floor ice machine worked! Breakfast was not that great & I didn’t have internet on my tv for netflix lol but that was fine live tv did what it needed to do. I loved everything else about it.

The size of the rooms were incredible. So much room for my 1.5 year old grandgal to run around in. Separate lounge area and kitchen with all amenities you could want besides a stove. Restrooms were very clean! Plenty of storage space! Location is so great! Mall right across the street with plenty of dining options as well and a movie theater. Interstate right down the street connecting you to downtown with fun children's activities at 1 Market Square on Cleveland St. Roanoke Star and Mill Mountain attractions super close as well. Breakfast options were delicious and happy there was a waffle maker! Pool with a nice hot tub as well. Too bad it was cold so we couldn't enjoy the outside veranda. Provided cookies and apples for.anacks in the lobby. Even had doggy treats for furry friends. Definitely would stay again and again!!!!

The channels are limited on the television. Would be great to have smart tvs that we could log into streaming platforms for movies and shows. Also, towel sets were limited in wash cloths, but staff were nice to accommodate us with more.

Room was large and comfortable. Pool area was kept clean, and breakfast was great. The worker Charles greeted everyone every morning and made sure they were comfortable and had everything they needed with a smile. He was so pleasant.

On our last night there, September 24th, another person(s) staying had a dog that barked, howled, and whined all night. About 1 a.m. I went down and spoke to the desk lady (unknown name). Her response was "what do you want me to do about it ". My response was please find out who has the animal and ask them to keep it quiet. Not much was done and people hardly got sleep. We drove home 8 hours away lacking sleep.

I liked that the hotel is located across from the mall and shares the parking lot with a restaurant. Breakfast selections are very delicious. The staff is very friendly as well. These are very spacious and clean rooms.

The doors slam shut. It's very loud when that happens. The bathroom needs more hooks to hang things. One of the elevators seems to pull when going above the second floor.

When we first arrived, we noticed the air conditioning not working. We were immediately moved to a room a couple doors down. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well stocked. The beds are very firm which I love. The water pressure is amazing, with plenty of hot water. The free hot breakfast is more than adequate with a different menu daily. The fitness room was pretty expansive and available 24/7. The staff are all well accommodating, and very friendly. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Property is close to shopping and many restaurants.

The pillows were down filled and not too supportive. One of the elevators was extremely comedically slow.

Great location. Spacious and well-equipped room. LOVED the kitchenette space. The pull out desk/table was also great as it could be used for meals or for an additional work space. The curtain between the bed and "living area", also a huge plus. Shades on the windows are true blackout shades - so if sleeping late is a priority (it is for my husband), they work well! :) Breakfast was delicious and well stocked every morning. Front desk staff all were very helpful and friendly. Overall a great place to stay!

Sadly, the pool/hot tub area was closed 1/2 day on Friday, a lot of the morning on Sunday, and the entire day on Saturday. We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool and spa (water is relaxing for me specifically). So not being able to use either, when the weather was cold outside, was disappointing. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

the staff members were phenomenal. I left one of my credit cards at the property and one of the staff members was kind enough to jump in her personal vehicle and bring the card to me at the airport, and I didn't even miss my flight! 10/10 service.

Everything was great, room space was above normal, the kitchenette was better than expected especially the apartment sized refrigerator. The hot tub was a bonus

The a/c unit was noisy and you could hear the person above walking around in their unit. The pool area could be better supervised. There were 8 youths pushing, shoving and jumping off chairs into the swimming pool. The door to the parking lot was also propped open. Alerted front desk. Questioning if they were guests. Breakfast cereal was all over the floor from the food area to the elevators.

Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. My family, of 4, had plenty of space. Breakfast was great. We loved the waffles and sausage biscuits and gravy. It had a good variety of choices. Pool and hottub were great! Friendly staff and close to plenty of restaurants. I would stay here again.
