We enjoyed excellent smoothie bowls from the adjacent Beer Brothers restaurant, and also their staff were great in bringing drinks/ nibbles poolside to us. Many more excellent beachfront breakfast/ all day restaurants are about a 10 minute walk away- we loved dining right on the beach. ( head to the beach and walk to the right) Staff very helpful, laundry services available through reception. Pool very nice, not more than 1.4m at deep end and great for cooling off

Just minor things- tissue box and body lotion remained empty after room being serviced but quickly sorted after letting reception know. Another roll of toilet paper would have been good but again easily sorted! Not brave enough to use the hose/ bidet attachment!

We booked a last minute room after missing the Lembongan transfer, and we were tired and had a grizzly baby. The team were lovely at accommodating us at short notice, set up a baby cot ready to go and really helped settle us in. The location is close to the Sanur Harbour where the island transfer ferry's leave from, so it's extremely convenient for access stop to Lembongan or Penida ferry service. A nice pool and lounges and fast room service for a beer and a meal at good prices as well.

Not much of a choice for breakfast needs more of an English type breakfast.haveing breakfast in the reception area is not very comfortable. Tried the garden furniture but was over run with ants, perhaps try fold away table & chairs which can be removed after breakfast. Very difficult to eat on a lounge chair with your plate on the coffee table.😟

Definitely breakfast,the banging of furniture on the tiled floors.( perhaps small pads on the legs would help)

This little resort is just wonderful. Right next to Sanur harbour and along the beautiful updated beach walk. Many great beach resorts nearby with pools and great food. The pool area is just lovely. The rooms are super clean and daily serviced. Breakfasts are great. Easy to accommodate my wishes the staff is just wonderful. Just wonderful. Rooms are spacious. Can't fault anything, apart from noisy Chinese family one night.... Not their fault. I recommend this place. 👍👌👍

Very relaxing. Staff,happy to please. Close to departure Harbor for trips to the islands. Not too far from the main shopping area. Travel to shopping center drivers ask for 100000 rupiah but will take 70000. Taxis back from shopping center only 50000 rupiah.

The shower drain was blocked but quickly fixed. The three categories of rooms was a bit confusing. Pool view means you are upstairs up a narrow stairway but can see the pool across the balcony below. Garden view means you are not next to the pool but not far off.

It was in a very busy street and most people use it as an overnight stay as it’s right on the harbour, but once you are in the hotel it’s quiet, a lovely pool and garden and very relaxing. Most people don’t hang around so it’s very quiet during the day. Staff are great and overall it has a very chilled vibe… excellent location if you are getting ferries across to islands.

Good location near the port of Sanur. Staff is kind and helpfull. Room have small pantry if you plan to cook.

Bathroom door half transparent, quite awkward if travel with friend. Also the water output pressure quite small.

Overall this hotel is a hidden gem if you want to visit the Sanur area since it not only is amazingly located but generally provides a great facility and service! The beach and beach promenade are only a four-minute walk away so in terms of accessibility the hotel is a great choice. On the Hotel Room / Facilities: For us, a family of four, they gave us two (very big!) rooms with connecting doors that were both very clean and beautifully furnished. It felt more like staying in an apartment rather than a hotel room due to the little kitchen counter and kettle. And the balconies with a pool view are also great additions to the hotel rooms. Then, the pool that was finished recently is great for a quick morning swim before you hit the beach. We will definitely come back again! It's an 11 out of 10!

Exceptional location next to the ferry terminal. I only had a one night stay and it was perfect. The room was very clean , well fitted out and newly renovated. The restaurant shut early at 7pm on the night I was there however there was a lovey open air food markets and restaurants done on the water which was only a Short walk away. Perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was basic but nice.

You could hear the traffic from the pool area.

We were very happy with the room and bathroom. The location to the pool was great. Given we stayed there as we were catching the ferry and needed to stay somewhere close this was ideal, just down the road from the booking office and up the road from the port.

Breakfast was ok but not fabulous. It took a long time with not many guests and my friends meal (noodles) was cold, the fruit wasn't particularly fresh
