We had an amazing stay, we booked Junior Suite with Mountain View and the room was very spacious, the shower had a good pressure and never ran out of hot water, there is a closet for your clothes and a comfy sofa to chill. The buffet breakfast was rich every morning with lots of varieties, perfect start of the day before skiing. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone who is going to ski and wants to enjoy a cozy village with plenty of restaurants, there is also Mercadona 2min walk and you reach Baqueira within 30min (even with the traffic - without traffic it's really fast, some 12min). The staff is amazing, very polite and professional. We will return next year!

The staff was extremely nice and provided immediate access to parking before check-in. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is also well located, close to central shops and services. Vielha is a beautiful city, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Location was great, central to Vielha and easy journey to the ski slopes. Room was excellent, very clean, comfy bed and great shower. Excellent breakfast, with plenty of choice. Underground car park is an extra charge but very useful.

Large room. Large comfortable bed. Super shower and bath. Great location few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the river. Very good breakfast. Car parking in underground garage for E10. Staff were very helpful and professional both at front desk and in the dining room.

We booked a triple room with balcony (for just the two of us) so the room was a good size although it was at the front so we heard a lot of street noises. Breakfast was very good and the location suited us very well for the scenic drives we wanted to take. The receptionist at the desk was very helpful.

Very secure underground parking 10/10 free for bikes with barrier access! Very friendly and helpful staff! Cecilia is lovely and very welcoming Our room 110 had a nice balcony with a table and chairs. The room was clean and very nicely decorated The bathroom clean and modern and a pleasure to use! Nice shower. Breakfast was standard as expected Great location with central on your doorstep

Small thing but the lights in the sub level basement (parking) kept leaving us in the dark! If you have to pack bikes you have to go and activate the proximity sensor every 30 Seconds or get someone to stand by the sensor

The staff was very friendly and helpful, great location, breakfast was included, in walking distance from everything in town. Close to the Supermercado. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Small elevator

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing details of local restaurants to try. Parking for our free motorcycles was secure and included in the price, as was the breakfast. Room was adequate for our needs with views of the mountains either side in the distance. Located really well within walking distance of the whole town of Vielha.

Location for centre of town is superb, staff are all exceptionally polite and breakfast has a great choice of mainly superb homemade food. Secure underground parking is also a welcome feature.

Being very fussy, I’m the summer it’s very hot so some cooling in the rooms would be welcome. Would not put me off staying again though.

We were greeted with a smile by everyone and nothing was too much trouble.. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. The secure underground parking was very important for our motorcycles and gave us peace of mind. The roads around the area are superb and the hotel is situated in the heart of a beautiful town. Looking forward to visiting again. Thanks for taking great care of us.
