All was good.

I got charged by booking.com and then I had to pay at the hotel. I got double charged. The hotel said I had 2 reservations for two rooms through bookings( I was alone) to get the refund from booking.com but the AI on the other end when I called was no help at all. Bookings charged my amex while quality inn charged my visa.

The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. I liked that there was a desk area and also a chair and ottoman; some places have one or the other. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and polite. We only stayed overnight, so we didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting.

. This is my second stay here. If you're looking for a decent place to stay this is it. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly, and efficient. If you're looking for a good burger try Stormy, good texmex is El Frias.

Price seemed a little high for the area.

It was a quick and easy check in. Hotel is very clean. The king bedroom was a good size, bed very comfortable, shower had great water pressure. They do stress that they are not pet friendly. They are very vigilant.

I felt like I was being watched the whole time.

Everything was good. Toilet overflowed and manager seemed a little agitated. He acted like it was our fault even though we had two tweens and 2 adults in room he said we must have flushed. Over and over well that is a little self explanatory.

Location was easy to find and convenient. Parking was adequate. Tv was very good (selection of programs)

Bath towels were fine but washcloths and hand towels were very thin. Time to replace them. Bed was just not comfortable. Much difficulty going to sleep. Water tasted terrible.

I appreciated the staff allowing us to meet with others over a business matter in the breakfast area after breakfast hours. They definitely accommodated our needs. Noticed and appreciated.

Towels could have been thicker and fluffier.

Everything about the hotel and our stay was perfect! This is a very nice place, credit to owners and staff.

Maid did not leave new coffee packets and cups.

I loved how they hwlped me at the front desk. I liked that our room was clean. I also loved the peace and quiet it was.

The pool to be open earlier but I didnt read their hours

Well lit parking lot. Bright, clean interior. Helpful staff. Good bed.

The breakfast could have been better. The eggs were reconstituted 😒 I would have liked yogurt and/or oatmeal. The coffee could have been stronger.
