Good price considering the area and Swiss prices in general. The communication was always clear and the room was good enough, maybe small but it worked for me. The view from the windows of the room was beautiful.

Main entrance to the hotel was not so clear and the lack of staff feels weird

Very quiet. Few rooms on each floor. Good quality bedding, as usual for Accor hotels. Modern design with plenty of accessible power plugs, USB plugs. Nice food at the restaurants and snacks (muffins, croissant) available throughout the day. Underground parking lot. Pretty good restaurant. Approx 150e with breakfast.

My room was very small, but nice view thanks to the high floor (7th) and convenient design. Other room a bit larger but on a lower floor. The elevator is tiny, only 2 people with luggage could fit. Green tiles carpetting, not a fan.

We stayed here for the New Years and had 2 highlights during the stay: the restaurant is great - delicious food! must try & the hotel GM is a hospitality guru - he made our stay and the new year's celebration such an amazing experience!

We came by public transport, which is not ideal, but there is a bus 2x an hour from the trainstation, so if you time it well it is pretty doable. We needed an iron, and at the reception they told us they didnt have any - which I find strange for a hotel not to have a single iron for the guests to borrow, but well...

Room very comfortable and clean. Restaurant very nice with good food

Pity there was no breakfast only croissant and coffee, would have paid extra. Also no-one cleaned the room after first day. I asked others and same thing. OK for 2 night stay but any longer would be a bit much. Price deserved a clean and bed making.

The room is extremely clean, beds are comfortable and the view from the balcony quite nice.

The receptionist is again (as last year) not nice, almost rude, the location of the hotel is very far away from the city centre and the buses run only until 8pm, so usually it's a long walk from the train station. No kettle in the room to make some tea.

Overall a big fat 10 out of 10! Super friendly personnel! The hotel is comfortable and designed beautifully! Breakfast is perfect also free coffee and fruits all day. The village is alright but the location between the mountains is perfect. Would absolutely recommend! Also the live music night was cozy and a great memory! I stayed here with my two daughters and we had a blast! We went to the lake nearby a lot. So absolute family proof!

The only thing I missed was a little fridge in the room!

I found all staff, responsive and helpful, the room has a desk which is small but worked. Breakfast was very good and the standard of the food was excellent, good dinner menu

The hotel was conveniently located next to a bus stop. It had an amazing view of the snow capped mountains by the hotel entrance. The room was adequate for a family of 3, and the bathroom was perfectly equipped for a regular traveler. There were ample sockets for charging, conveniently placed near the bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the round the clock coffee and tea section was a life saver. It was amazing to see one staff in the breakfast area manage the whole scene, plus tend to the front desk without missing a beat.

Very nice, renovated hotel. Very friendly staff, good spacious underground parking, good breakfast and strategically located place. You have a lot of various shops near it.

When we came inside, we thought we are in a restaurant and not in a lobby of a hotel. Felt confused about where is registration.

The way it was furnished. A real cozy atmosphere. Also that the staf did different tasks, e.g. serving, receiving guests.

The carpet with a lot of stains in the corridors and rooms.
