- very nice and friendly staff - big and clean room - big area without vehicle traffic (parking in front of the village and internal transport only by bus) - several restaurants; the pizzeria is the best one, real good pizza is served - beautiful beach with sand - water /seaside is very beautiful

- i didn‘t like to get an offfer for the umbrella and the sun chairs on the beach after booking the holiday package; it is very high cost and should be possible to be booked imediately during the booking process - the sport pool picture looked much bigger on the website, i wanted to swim my lanes, but in reality the pool is small - a lot of plastic cups are used in the village, also plastic bottles, so not very invironment friendly approach

that is excellent location for children and adults ...beautiful beach id few meter from the camp...swimming pool is available all day.Fantastic activities for kids and youth. Bar and restaurant offered various and healthy food on breakfast ,lunch and dinner.Stuff was very friendly and always happy to help with everything we ask .If was some problems they sort it as fast as possible. I spend in CANADO CLUB one week and that was beautiful and relaxing time. I highly recommend this place. Malgorzata

It was great that the resort was close to the beach and still had swimming pools. Then the kids could switch as they pleases. The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. We utilized the beach service and it was worth the money.

The price for buffet and dining was overpriced. The buffet should be changed more frequently and the a la carte menu should be different from the buffet. The shuttle service was a little inconvenient for check in/out.

Beautiful location and great facilities Baby club

Baby club close to the pool and in an area which is too loud. No take away for dinner I'd like some more quiet area, eg extend the playground by the pizzeria and move the baby club somewhere more quiet (and add the take away at dinner so we can have dinner on our great room balconies rather than in the busy restaurant)

We loved that the resort is very family oriented Staff a very friendly, courteous and helpful. The Breakfast was outstanding and really exceeded my expectations. On one of the nights we had the buffet for dinner which was lovely too. I was really impressed with the size of our apartment. There were 5 of us staying and it was very spacious.

There was nothing I particularly disliked

Food at restaurant buffet was excellent (we have taken half-board). The beach is very beautiful and enough large to have place (we didn't use the service of chairs/umbrella). Swimming pools are nice, and the appartement as well.

Entertainments at the evening were only in italian - difficult to participate or understand for non italian speakers. The service of chairs/umbrella on the beach is too expensive (20euros per day).

Accommodation was great. The environment, the program, the food and also staff. Especially one man (unfortunately we don’t know his name, but he was driving the train on the day of our departure). Ideal place for family.

Dinner was from 19:15, which was late for us, because our daughter goes to sleep at this time.

All meals were free buffet, varied and delicious, and it included fruits and desserts. The beach is great, plain, soft sand, no rocks. The sun sets at the sea, which was an amazing view every day. Pool area is very nice, beautiful trees around. They also had a mini market, a laundry room and pizzarias.

There's no shuttle from the train station, so ask them for the number of a taxi. The hotel room and the television was a bit too small. Bathroom had a good size, but was poorly designed. There was a closet too close to the the toilet, for instance, making usage a bit uncomfortable.

Beautiful beach strip surrounded by nice pine forest, a facility with history (❤️), very nice staff, clean rooms, very decent buffet food for the price. Overall good value for money. Keep in mind it's mainly for families, they have lots of activities also.

It was frustrating not to be able to book the buffet dinner at 7:30pm, if it's not already included in your package, you have to wait till 8:30pm. Booking a day ahead is necessary. The loungers on the beach are paid - the fact that front row is more expensive than the rest is a cheap move, which doesn't fit the overall pleasant experience.

Location- pefect for summer holiday with kids. Staff - everyone speaks English and very polite, friendly and helpfully. Food - excellent. All facilities- pefect
