Our plane was delayed leaving Brisbane by over an hour which meant our check-in time was going to be after midnight! When I rang the person said 'not a problem at all just ring the afterhours number and I'll come down and let you in' The location was perfect and the suburb so beautiful, clean and quiet. The room had been left for our late arrival with the air conditioner on and some music playing on the TV. It was very clean and spacious. All the staff we encounted were lovely and friendly. The washer and dryer in the room are a definite bonus but even if you don't get that there is guest one's downstairs that can be used for free! You don't see than in any motels anymore.

There was nothing not to like about this accomodation.

Location was good with a couple of eating places close by. Facilities are really nice. Staff were friendly and were helpful. Not sure what parking facilities were like as I got a lift from family to the hotel. I did notice there was a car park across the road and seemed to be ok. Had a nice balcony and although there were other buildings around, the atmosphere of the place was still good (in my opinion)

Nothing comes to mind. It was a good stay. No problems with plumbing etc.

Everything was as expected, friendly staff and well maintained rooms.

One of the occupants was making loud noises on the balcony while naked in the early mornings. Phoned reception but no answer. Found out when we reported that we should have phoned an alternative number. However the staff have dealt with the person as someone else also complaint. It might be worth having these numbers available for after hours on speed dial on the telephones. Not nice to experience this after a long flight.

The apartment was portioned, clean , comfortable and serviced daily. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Due to personal circumstances I had a late check in (outside of receptions hours) and a bit unorthodox but the staff hotel worked with me so we coukd find a solution. The hotel itself is fabulously located and only a 5 minute walk from everything Joondalup has to offset such as the hospital, university, shopping mall and bars and restaurants. I'll definetly be staying here on my next visit.

I've no complaints, it was a perfect Stay.

We love the variety of rooms available, all with everything needed for our stay (fridge, stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all utensils). Comfy bed, room serviced most days and tea/coffee/milk/ shower gels etc replenished. All staff are welcoming and very helpful. Great to have the guest self use laundry. 10 mins walk to Joondalup railway /bus station through Lakeside shopping centre with cinema, eating places, supermarkets and huge range of clothing shops. 5 mins walk to local restaurants and bars. We always stay here when visiting our family...it's great!

Nothing to dislike!

The very personal touch from all, especially Carolina. We went during a time of bereavement and were comforted by the welcome, the warmth and room gift.

Given our excellent QUEST experience, I had to think long and hard.. to find any issue that we didn't like. Perhaps it was the very advanced television set in the room which we found a bit confusing to operate. The fault however is ours, being 76-year olds, and not tech-savvy.😂

The staff were INCREDIBLE. Note to self when international bands come to town, it's royally messy to find accommodation...... There was a last minute cluster---- with another accommodation provider who cancelled their booking ( Had overbooked/? emergency issue) and through this very website (Booking.com) it was arranged to stay at Quest. So - unfortunately due to a further issue, i rocked up only to find that nope, that too had been cancelled. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement, BUT, I could not have asked for more supportive, understanding people when dealing with a sudden " oh wow where the hell do I stay for a training program now Perth is essentially booked solid?" Lucky for me I had managed to book the NEXT night with Quest - BEST EVER. Seriously, I got greeted with genuine warmth, my room was absolutely spotless AND they even gave me some little choccies as a gesture of good will! 100% recommend staying with them - Easily the best Quest I've stayed for customer service!!

That I wasn't able to stay for longer - this is an excellent spot very close to Joondalup hospital, train station and Joondalup gate shopping centre. Very easy walking distance

Beautiful hotel, stay there often, staff always so friendly and welcoming, on this occasion one of the front office staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, she even gave us a beautiful card and care package as she knew we were visiting Joondalup as our first grandchild was born. Highly recommend this hotel.

Really clean and great facilities both in the room and the hotel - it was great to use the laundry and a reasonable gym! It’s very quiet and easy to access with private parking as well.

Everything was really good, I just found the bed uncomfortable which was unfortunate since I stayed for a few nights it was hard to get a good sleep.

Quest apartments are always lovely and of a high standard so you know what you are getting

We had a problem with the drains in bathroom while we were there but as soon as we told reception, the problem was sorted. The grouting on the floor tiles in bathroom need a deep clean, but other than that everything was of a high quality.
