Great location.Very nice breakfast! according to our wishes!

The street of the B&B is very noisy until 9pm. Boys fix their motorbikes and spray them...with the smell spoiling the air up to our balcony. It is a popular area, with some rubbish along the street. I just want to mention these things as they can be bothersome to some of us, tourists! The person serving breakfast was efficient but not personable as in the other B&B s that we visited in Sicily. There were many stairs leading up to our room but the stsirway was not narrow ( as mentioned in previous reviews).

What a fabulous little place! The breakfast - one selects the time and breakfast items via Whatsapp the day before - is abundant. Wonderful. The room is peaceful, immaculately clean. The position is fabulous - our stay consisted of repeated visits to the Mosaics of Monreale Cathedral - interspersed with food and drink and restful cool sleeps. Communication with the owner was exceptionally courteous. Absolutely recommend.

We stayed in a standard double room up one flight of stairs. We received a WhatsApp message before arrival giving us the necessary information to access our room. We found the accommodations comfortable, nothing fancy but more than adequate. The space was very clean, the bed comfortable and the room was quiet. We had a chair, luggage rack, wardrobe, and a hot pot with tea and coffee in the room. The bath was comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower. Our server for breakfast was very attentive. We wished we could speak more Italian to communicate with her. We took our breakfast in a lovely little dining room. The food was very good and typical of a European breakfast. The location is just a couple of blocks from the cathedral and other resources. It was also a short walk to the bus stop. Our host Giuseppe, though we never met him, was very patient and helpful with parking arrangements for our vehicle. This was a major concern for us because the hotel information made it perfectly clear that parking was not available at the B&B. Giuseppe had suggested we drop off our luggage at the B&B then drive the car to the garage. I'm not sure it's worth the effort unless you're packing enormous bags but even then, this place is hard to find by car. We weren't successful! We were given misinformation from Goggle Maps that threaded us through narrow streets (not created for present day automobiles) to a dead end with no easy way out. We did finally make it to the parking garage and easily made the short walk to the room. The gentleman at the garage was equally helpful and the car felt safe there.

Location in the center of Monreale, next to duomo and cafe/restaurants The owners were very helpful and easy to reach by Whatsapp The room was recently refreshed, clean and well eqipped with fridge, kettle and coffee machine

The parking nearby may be tricky (although we were able to park in the street as it was low season) The absence of personnel at the reception makes the stay a little anonymous The shower in our room (Don Carlo) could be refreshed

We stayed in the suite and the sauna was really a plus. Breakfast was very good - homemade feel. The host responded very quickly and positively to all our requests.

The narrow and steep stairs in the property can be challenging. Even though we are fit, we were always triple careful going up and down.

This place was amazing! We arrived late, but the owner sent us step by step details on how to get in and where our room was located. The room was clean and comfortable. The big plus to the room was the AC unit that was much appreciated after walking the streets and shopping. Free water and coffee was available. Room had a small balcony that was nice to enjoy the cool morning breeze. Breakfast was great, we used the app off the QR code to order our breakfast, which was amazing! If we return we will certainly stay here again.

It was hard to find, but mostly because of how the streets and pathways are configured in Monreale. I don’t know that we would say we didn’t like this part of the property, but be advised that if you cannot go up and down stairs very well, this may not be your best choice. The stairs are steep! Really can’t say anything negative about the property we totally enjoyed our stay!!

Difficult to get to with car and no parking nearby. Very steep stairs to room (we were on top floor and had heavy bags). No other problems.

Centrally located in the ❤️ of Monreale. Clean and comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessities. The staff are very helpful and ready to share useful information. The lady at the breakfast was very nice preparing a fresh breakfast. Garage is also available and can be reserved in advance with a reduced price.

Awesome place with real friendly staff. Definitely a 10! Very clean as well and with a comfortable bed!

Nothing. Some people complain because you have to walk up some stairs. However, no problem for a normal fit person.
