We liked the view, the staff were great to deal with, the room was comfortable, great shower and bathroom

I wish we had been told ahead of time that you had to book the shuttle bus 24 hrs in advance as it was too far to go into Palermo.

Whilst the location of the hotel was up a few twisty roads, the Bel 3 was surprisingly & deceptively spacious. Clean and modern rooms with plenty of space. Family room (1double & 2 single beds) was very well proportioned and equipped, as was the superior accommodation too. All staff were very helpful and polite to all guests. The 3 pools were very well organised; one for adults only, while the two others were excellent for children and adults as well. Restaurant was very well organised for breakfast, with good service and continental food to choose from. Dinner menu had a good selection to tempt any guest, and reasonably priced. We only had one night’s stay at Bel 3, but would go back again and recommend it to anyone that wants to be within 20 drive of Palermo. (Hotel can arrange transportation into city if required at a cost). Good to have onsite parking too.

It was a bit outside and costly to take the shuttle to go to central and seaside and you have to leave certain time and come back early evening.that meant you are stuck in a hotel with not much to do in the evening.the price we paid for a 3 star hotel was good but adding all those transportation made it pricey.restaurants staff only could speak Italian and didn’t find them friendly.

The hotel was clean. The staff was very polite. The food at the restaurant was delicious and served quickly. The area around the pool was quiet and relaxing

The location was not good. It was very far from everything. Situated on a hill with a beautiful view, but far from the city center and the beach. Without a taxi, it was impossible to get around. The gym was very old, and some of the equipment felt like it could break at any moment. I felt unsafe using it The Breakfast was very basic

My families stays for 1 week for my husband 50th bday. It was wonderful experience and everything was great. The location of the hotel is perfect amazing panoramic view. Very comfortable bed, clean and spacious room. All of the staff are very kind and helpful, there's always someone in the reception to accommodate you if you need something. We didn't rent a car because we are not sure driving around as it's our first time here, but not a problem as they always helping and arranged taxi for us, we are so thankful. We love their selection of breakfast very nice and fresh everyday. Also I special mention the lady boss, I think she is the manager/owner, for making my request possible for my husband birthday. Thank you for the delicious fruity cake, I really appreciate it and my husband is very happy😊 We will definitely coming back....❤

Lovely small hotel in the mountains. Very clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds. Reception staff were very helpful and had quite good English. This hotel is around 25-30min drive from Palermo city centre, so you either need a car or to take a taxi which will cost you around 35 euro each time. The hotel is also offering shuttle bus to Palermo city for 8 euro per person to go at 10:30am and to come back at 17:30pm. Also a transfer to the airport for 45 euro. We also got a lift to the train/bus station for 25 euro for a family of 4. Then we took the bus to Palermo airport for 20 euro (for all of us). So it costed kind of same as a transfer but we had to check out by 11am and our flight was at 5pm, so we had to hit the road. Breakfast same every day, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, ham, cheese and bread (Every hotel we stayed in Sicily had same). But they had very nice croissants,  cakes etc. Few types of fruit. In general it was good, light and tasty breakfast. You can also have lunch or dinner at this hotel. We only had dinners there as during the day we ate at the city. Restaurant was quite good, good variety. Dinner for family of 4 cost around 100 euro (food, 3-4 coctails and deserts). It is good that this hotel offers it as there are no restaurants or shops around the hotel. And Dinner anywhere in Sicily will cost you from 100 to 120 euro (again family of 4). The pools: one round pool for kids, one about 3x5 metres pool for adults and kids with adult supervision only, and a jacuzzi that you can see in the pictures. It is not very big, and I would not call it a jacuzzi as it only has one bubble stream hole. The pools are opened until 8pm so you will not be able to enjoy the night panoramic view of Palermo from the jacuzzi in summer. We booked a room with the view and OMG, it was amazing. See pictures below. There is a city tax (6 euro per person) to be paid at the hotel. To park your car will cost you 5 euro per night.

Far away from the city center. No restaurants and shops/markets around the hotel.

Although it is quite a bit out from the city, the view is amazing and well worth staying out of the city for. The staff are so friendly and very accommodating. The shuttle bus service into the city was very good. Great breakfast and restaurant. Pool area was very nice boasting incredible views of Palermo. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

The jacuzzi bar area wasn’t very well tended to, people were often left waiting a long time for bar staff to serve snacks/drinks. As this area had such incredible views it would have been nicer if the area stayed open a little later with a nicer bar section.

Stunning view from the terrace. Very good restaurant for atmosphere and quality of food. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. A clean, modern and sizeable hotel room with comfy beds and no noise at night. Lots of breakfast options.

It is a half hour journey into the city however you can book a shuttle the day before at reception for a better price than taxis. You must leave the terrace that has the pool at half 8 so if you want to experience the landscape view at night I’d recommend booking a room with a balcony. Those with a vegan diet can only have toast or watermelon for breakfast and a plate of vegetables or fries in the restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Located outside the main city on a hillside with a fabulous view. Lovely pool (with the view). We appreciated the organisation of taxi transport to and from the city. Safe, relatively cheap, car parking.

The timing of the hotel shuttle to and from the city seemed too late in and too early back. They can organise personalised taxis but that seemed to need to meet the driver’s plans also. Uber taxis were, on average, the same price and more convenient.

Honestly, the staff are amazing. The front of the desk, the catering, and the housekeeping were all fantastic and friendly. The shuttle into town and to modello is a fantastic way to get around and means you can do so much. Food inside the restaurant is also good. If you're after a cocktail, I would advise getting a rossini.

There isn't anything nearby, but the views more than make up for this and the shuttle. The one thing I would advise is bringing a tablet, the tvs aren't TVs so we couldn't cast or netflix on it.
