I visited this place with high expectations, and it truly lived up to them. The check-in time was scheduled for 2 PM, but I arrived at 12:30 PM. The reception team welcomed me warmly with a smile and asked me to wait for just 10 minutes. They quickly arranged a room with a great view and even helped carry my luggage, which made me feel very happy. Their respect and hospitality were commendable; they always greeted us with cheerful smiles whenever we passed by. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean. It was well-equipped with a kettle, a heater, and refillable water bottles. The property also had a restaurant where the food, although slightly pricey, was tasty and satisfying. They offered room service for food, which they promptly delivered upon request. I had instructed them not to perform any room service during my stay, and they respected my request perfectly. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with stunning views, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Wifi didnt work on my last day here

Very nice hotel with new fixtures and fittings well located close to the railway and bus station. The room was well appointed with beautiful style decor, tea and kettle and excellent bathroom with hot shower. The hotel has a lovely view, and was very peaceful. There is also a restaurant on site with tasty food. I walked to most of the sights from the hotel or you can use rickshaw etc to get around. I would definitely stay again.

There aren't many restaurants very close by in the streets around the hotel so I choose to eat at the hotel restaurant a few times which was tasty.

Good experience we had .. wonderful sceneries fron the room and while walking to the room.. I came to know they have started one year before this resort.. really good one to stay with our family.. Room was quite big and has a balcony super winter the temperature was 16 at 7pm .. they have the sofa cum bed so it was very comfortable

They don't have Room heater.. they gave a portable heater . But in this winter it was not at all suitable..that's the drawback.. sometimes water was not came properly either flush can't work not the washbasin water won't come. Food is average..

Service provided was excellent. The reception staff was very cheerful and helpful. They provided all the ameneties that we requested. Loved the overall cleanliness and environment of the resort.

Miscommunication between reception staff and security staff caused delay in our food delivery on a rainy night. It was inconvenient. We had already communicated this with the staff before we left and they were very apologetic and receptive of the inputs given. The heater in the room could have been a bit better. It was not enough to heat up the room.

Situated atop Fern Hill and in close proximity to Ooty's center, this establishment boasts an exceptional location. The vintage charm of the bungalow, true to its name, is a standout feature. You will get a panaromic view of the plateau from the well maintained gardens. The staff members are exemplary, showcasing exceptional service throughout the stay. With a room upgrade graciously offered for our planned week-long stay, the experience was truly remarkable. I highly recommend this establishment for a delightful and memorable stay. Breakfast is decent, can be improved.

Even though internet is provided and fast, the procedure of providing a slip is little tedious and this expires pretty often. Staff was very helpful in providing another slip but still it is something I think can be improved.

Very comfortable rooms

Didnt have proper water heating solutions in their bathroom. The reply what we got was that the pipes are cold hence the water is cold. If only they had water heaters in every room would have been a 10/10 experience

Big & Cozy rooms with heaters, Clean rooms, scenic location,friendly and helpful staff, Overall great property and pleasant stay.

Food was the only disappointment, especially the ala-carte food that we ordered. Buffet Breakfast was slightly better.

It's a new resort that comes with most of the amenities. The food was really good. Good place to stay in Ooty. Close to Rose Park & Botanical Garden. Overall Pleasant stay for us.

The property was cozy and clean.

Food variety can be improved. They had a limited menu during our 3 days stay.

Floor mat adddition could be better but they have given slippers
