It was comfortable and the location was perfect for my purposes. The breakfast was very nice and most of the staff were very friendly. Tea, coffee and chilled water were available 24/7 and the laundry was very convenient.

The couch in the room needs to be replaced. The ottoman was damaged around the edges and the curtain between the bedroom and lounge area was very dirty. The sound travels between the rooms. Breakfast could be until 9.30am rather than 9am. They were packing up while people were dishing up hot food. Surely they could have given them a chance to get what they required.

This is in a great location. The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

The breakfast wasn’t anything special. A very small area set up. The only fresh fruit was old bananas, a few oranges and Granny Smith apples wrapped in plastic. Who just eats a Granny Smith apple? The waffles were the only decent item. No fresh toppings though, just jelly, syrup and chocolate chips. No real eggs or meat. In fact, you will find very little protein items. We went out for breakfast our last few days. The bathroom is tiny for a suite.

Basic breakfast options, but good enough for a quick bite before going to WeWork or visiting friends. Front manager Nate was very flexible and moved us to a different room when we had wifi connection problems in the originally assigned room. Washing/drying facilities (2 each) do exist, and they are not even charging for using the machines!

Good location, clean rooms and nice employees.

We are not very picky. But, the breakfast was really bad compared to many other Home2 Suites that we have stayed at. Very small selection, cold and not replenished enough. Area was not maintained and had to ask for coffee, plates and even butter to be refilled.

I have stayed at this hotel several times when in Raleigh/Durham and I am pleased each time. It's clean and comfortable and customer service has always been good.

The breakfast area is congested but still doable. The bathroom doors are so close to the commodes that you have to stand a certain way not to hit yourself with the door. The parking lot is small and it will fill up fast.

Great place to travel if you are working o business if you're going to stay for a long period

Room housekeeping is not everyday. If you pass your schedule day, You have to wait until next schedule day.

Night Manager blocked the single lane breezeway in front of the hotel entrance with his personal vehicle between 7AM and 8AM on August 7th when my wife and I were trying to carry our bags out to our car. The front desk receptionist said he was in his office in the back. As we were getting to our car, he came out to move his car, gave us a smile as we were leaving. Very inconsiderate of the hotel guests.

Pool area is small, and on weekends, mostly the people have pool parties and don't have consideration that it's a sharable area. I think "pool parties" should be reserved.

location to shopping and Patterson place

I requested to be closer to the elevator so I wouldn’t have to walk so far. My request was made during booking and again upon arrival. I was given room 427. while there is a room 428, 427 was actually the last and furthest room away from the elevator. the first hallway would be fine placement.

The hotel is dog-friendly and had very nice guest areas (gym/pool/grilling area). I was traveling with a 5x8 Uhaul trailer and had no problem finding parking (I parked next to the Tesla chargers and had no issues). There is also a ton of stores and restaurants in the area. Get out and explore a bit because there is some great food!
