The hotel is located in an extremely convenient location, right off of I95. There are many places to shop and eat around the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was hot and had several choices.

The full sized beds were, well, small. I wish they had the option for queen sized beds as sleeping in the full size was very uncomfortable. Also, I chose to pay at the hotel, however I received a phone call asking for me to pay before my stay because they were full. This was a problem as I was driving, which made it difficult to give information. The staff was friendly and understanding, however it was very inconvenient. Also, in these times I was nervous to give additional information over the phone as this could possibly be someone scamming me. The breakfast was hot and fresh, however more fruit options would be a great addition.

This hotel is in a good location being directly off of 95 South. There are plenty of restaurants and gas stations in the area. They also have designated parking for trailers which was super convenient since we were hauling a trailer. The staff was friendly and courteous. We also received a courtesy call from the hotel to be sure we were still planning on checking in and to reassure us that our room would be ready when we arrived. Check in was quick and the room was as expected. No complaints. Very pleased with this hotel.

Great location for us with Carolina Outlets and many dinning choices within blocks. The hotel is generally quiet and clean. I have respiratory allergies so cleanliness and pet free is extremely important. The staff members are always very polite and friendly. I say always because this is our hotel of choice as we often travel on I95. The breakfast has well rounded choices, waffle machine, eggs and sausage, cereals, fruit, yogurt, and above all pretty good coffee. This is very good for (not a full kitchen) breakfast.

Minor maintenance. I did not report to the staff that the shower button was way too hard to operate. My wife, after being told she had to pull down really hard, still couldn't operate the shower. My bad for failing to report that!

Pros: convenience to highway and to restaurants; friendly desk help; hot breakfast; clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms; tons and tons of free channels on tv. Discounts at local restaurants after showing room key

Cons: not the fault of the hotel, but there was a kid running for about 10 minutes in the room above us, and someone way too loud in the hallway (slamming doors about 4-5 times)

we like the location. Cracker Barrel is close, and Carolina Pottery as well as other outlets.

We had a very nice staff member who came up while she was eating her dinner to reset our fridge, however we didn't think this was something she should have to do. The sink was filling up every time you used it. Just didn't think it was worth $140. when we have stayed at much better hotels for less than $100.

Hotel is very clean; breakfast was substantial; front desk was very accommodating. This is a very good place to stop on way to/back from travelling to/from Florida. There was a smoke fire in the hotel shortly after we arrived; had to spend an hour in the lobby while the situation was sorted out, but thankfully, no significant damage, and no one was hurt. However, the hotel gave us $20 off our bill due to the inconvenience!

Location is difficult to access from the main road; trust your navigation system, or else you might miss it!

Loud neighbors buy staff handled it with quickness. Did have a bug on ceiling we killed but again can’t expect a lot with so many in and out at hotels. They were told and stated they would have it handled asap

Breakfast was good. Nice variety and fresh. The room was clean and I like the sink being in the bathroom instead of in the sleeping area like some other hotels. And this is the first hotel that has called me to confirm my late arrival time so they could tell the late shift.

I do wish the beds were queen size, doubles are tight for two adults.

Lots of food options surrounding hotel Right off the exit of i95 we were able to get off the exit and find hotel very easily without having to travel far from our route for an overnight rest Mini fridge in room is very large

A perfect location near shopping, restaurants, and things to do locally! The entrance to the area is one of best laid out we've ever seen! Really liked the room having a larger refrigerator, which was so helpful! Excellent breakfast, terrific and friendly staff, great location, and super price! The hotel boasts a nice fitness room and pool. Highly recommend this hotel!
