The staff were extremely helpful. It was Mr Ben and I forgot the name of the second gentleman but they helped even before I came there, were super polite and friendly. It was very welcoming. Even the kind team members right from the gate were ready to help. The staff were the primary reason I felt great about the overall experience. They played a vital role in making it memorable

I expected the cleanliness to be a bit more. The chair we had in our room had some stains and even a litter or two on the floor. It wasn't too bad but my expectations were maybe too high given my experience with Fairfield at Coimbatore. So this is just a returning and future customer of Fairfield trying to share some thoughts to make it even more better. The room was maybe a bit small but considering my need it fit well.

Great service and great hotel staff. They helped us with anything we needed during out stay and made sure we got any extra towels or water as we needed it. Food at the hotel was also great, exceptional room service as well as breakfast with traditional south Indian dishes.

Hotel turned out to be quite far from the city of Chennai and it was a little difficult sometimes to grab an Uber. We had to wait a bit but we didn't mind in the end as we were not in any rush.

Breakfast and Dinner were great. Staffs were good too.

Room had mosquitoes. Room was smaller (compared to my previous Marriott US experiences). Bathroom had no drying fan and was very ordinary. View from room was missing. Room insulation was very poor. I could hear the Television sound from the next room, and it was pretty loud. No special lounge or lobby in the property.

It was a wonderful experience at Fairfield by Marriott, OMR Chennai. The security, reception, restaurant and Housekeeping staff were courteous and hospitable. Thanks to Poorva, Ranjan, Sumanth, Kamal and Balaji for showing your great skills. I will definitely recommend this property

It would be have been good if you had a Valet round the clock, as my car was blocked and had to wait, this was during check out.

I liked the rooms, beds and as well as bathrooms. It was so clean on arrival and was a comfortable stay. The location has been good and the staff was so good upon arrival. The corridors were clean

There were some major drawbacks which are the speaking voices or playing video or music voices are visible to the next room. While entering some smell was around the entrance which is a smoking smell. I hope this will be cleared and it will be a excellent stay from next time.

The best hotel, We have ever stayed. We always stay with 5 Star like Taj, Radisson, Marriott, Courtyard Marriott AND WE STAYED FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH FAIRFIELD MARRIOTT AND WAS AN AWESOME HOTEL WITH AWESOME STAFF. I should name Mr Pandi ( front Office ) Mr Jibon ( Security ) Ms Ritushree ( F&B ) along with Mr Santosh, Mr Brahma Reddy, Mr Sanjoy, Mr Fulchand, Mr Mohammad. These are the BEST WONDERFUL PEOPLES AND MANAGEMENT SHOULD PROMOTE THEM. Even the entire Front Office Staff were just SUPERB, EXCELLENT and looking forward to stay with the hotel again. Mr Pandi is so very helpful, co-operative, gentle. Superb Hotel, Superb Staff

Please increase your spread of bakery items and also try to put a small bar too for in-house guests else all are just superb, excellent, food tasty and nothing so that guest will not like. I do not think that peoples' will say anything bad about this hotel.

Excellent breakfast, really sweet staff, and excellent beds. Superb size of the tv in the room, quick service even when there was a wedding at the same time in the hall. Food for room service was excellent as well. Rooms come packed with everything from an iron board, to a hair dryer, really comfy sheets, bathroom with all the toiletries you'd expect from Marriott. Checkin process was smooth as well. Wifi was perfect. The housekeeping staff are also really proactive about replacing your bottles and other refreshments. It doesn't have any of the unnecessary rules the neighbouring hotels have, especially with respect to bringing your Ola/Uber transport into the main gate, or even ordering food from outside (you'd be surprised at the amount of neighboring hotels that have rules against this). You also find marriot staff members who can speak various languages if you don't want to converse in English. As the location is in OMR, I'd suggest that you bring your own car (they seem to have ample parking) or be prepared to pay 30-50 rupees more per Ola / Uber ride (only via cash) if you're staying in this area and planning to commute on your own. Overall, because it's a Marriot, it's definitely a great option if you're looking for a calm and predictable stay in the area.

Sound proofing is minimal at this property, so you can hear your next door guests no matter how hard you try not to. HDMI ports on the walls didn't connect to the tv, so if you're looking to experience the television via HDMI, it's not possible. I wish the property had kept a few pens, notepads and stationery in the room by default. I wish there was an in house gym, or a co-working/public meeting area, but that's okay. Even though the rooms are absolutely clean, the bathroom does have stains which must come from years of using hard water to get them cleaned. Nothing to set you off, but it is something to know. The room walls also had many stains/marks on them which was definitely created by other guests.

Everything about the property was exceptional, Especially the staff- housekeeping efficient, Also the food and beverage was awesome, Food was soo good/ But the front of house staff was the best we have seen anywere in india- especially poorva at the desk she was the best very fast and efficient- her interpersonal skills were amazing. Will recommend the property to everyone

Only the location a little far from the main central area of chennai

The service rescued our entire experience. Thank you to Mr Fulchand in the restaurant, Manisha in the housekeeping team and Mr. Pandey from the Front desk, the lady who assisted us in the restaurant and the reception as well as the entire concierge team. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE ENTIRE TEAM! My family had come over for my father's medical procedures and the hospitality we received was beyond expectations.

The rooms are small and I only recommend them for the short stays

The breakfast was excellent. A variety of Indian and western cuisine. The attendees especially Fulchand Leo Lawrence, Rithica and Pandi were exceptional. The service was very pleasing and the stay comfortable. The staff were also extremely helpful in getting us Ubers. The room was cleaned daily, bed linen always fresh and clean. Thank you Fairfield at Mariot OMR Chennai. Will visit again.
