The property is brand new so everything is clean and staff are very attentive and friendly 👍 Beds are really comfortable with crisp bed linen . The sun loungers are extremely comfortable . Nice choice of buffet food for lunch and dinner

The swim up rooms are compact, with little storage space for 2 people. Found that sun beds around main pool were taken early by people placing towels on them, then not coming to them later in the day 😡 The breakfast cooked buffet was under heat lamps, but was always cold

We had a fantastic stay at Noble Hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade — the space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, making our stay even more special. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety every day. We especially enjoyed the amazing cocktail selection and the thoughtful gesture of wine from the manager — such a lovely touch! Evenings were made extra special with live music, creating a relaxed and cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel. One of the highlights was how peaceful and uncrowded everything felt, which made it easy to truly unwind. The pools were spotless and perfect for a refreshing dip, and we were so impressed by the friendly and helpful front desk staff. They gave us excellent tips on exploring Crete and helped us plan visits to some beautiful local spots. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We’re already thinking about our next trip back!

While our stay was overall fantastic, there were a few small downsides worth mentioning. At times, we experienced long wait times at the bar — it would be great if there were a few more staff available. We also found ourselves wishing there was a small selection of snacks or fruit available throughout the day. One afternoon we slept through lunch and were quite hungry; while the staff kindly prepared some sandwiches for us, having something light and accessible during off-hours would be a nice improvement. Lastly, we were a bit surprised to find that the sauna wasn't included in the room rate — it would be helpful if that was made clearer when booking. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise lovely stay.

I really liked the hotel. It's impossible for me to choose what I liked best. From the staff to the infrastructure... it was worth every euro paid

What I liked least was the fact that the breakfast menu didn't have much healthy variety. Everything was fruit-based, sausages, bacon, croissants, pastries... I wish there was more variety at breakfast. As for lunch and dinner, in general I enjoyed all the meals, they always varied, which was great. But many of the meals were based on sauces such as tomato. The fish is incredible. The fruit often showed signs of spoiling... the desserts didn't vary much.

The staff is fantastic. The facilities felt never crowded and it was a perfect environment for a relaxing vacation. There were no waiting times at the restaurant or bar and the pool area did not feel hectic as it is sometimes the case in larger all inclusive places (I did not travel during peak season). The cleanliness was good. Facilities were very modern and new. The food selection is not massive but of high quality and there are always enough options.

It is not really a negative point as it was fully transparent in the description. The hotel has no direct beach access and there are not that many options for activities directly around the hotel. But the staff is very supportive in organising activities such as day trips or cruises and a bus stop for easy access to other parts of the island is around 8min walk from the hotel if you do not want to hire a car.

The very noisy hotel across the road- we had to change rooms. The coaches & their exhaust fumes, very loud music & DJ, a lot of shouting until late. The flight path above the hotel which was busy & noisy. No pool service for drinks. (A long way from the bottom pool to the bar) No pool boys to help with umbrellas etc

This hotel is one of the best hotels so far. It is a new hotel with great staff. The rooms are very luxurious, the same goes for the outdoor area, the pools. The cocktails are so so so good! As for the food, it is a very refined cuisine. For certain dishes you have to be a fan of cinnamon, which is typical for Greece. This hotel is ideal if you want to relax. If we may explain small tips: we had room 1001 and missed a few wall hooks or coat racks outside the closet or shower. There is a small pouf but no mirror at seat height. We also missed a long mirror to look at outfits. These are not a must, but can be a positive addition. We want to thank Alexander for the great service and great conversations. We really enjoyed our time there. A big thank you!

Absolutely stunning hotel. It’s the perfect size and everything was immaculate! You didn’t feel it was overcrowded during meals and overall had so much space! The gym and spa was also 10/10. Very close to the beach too. For an all inclusive food was amazing, fresh and different with variety. The cocktails and bar staff were excellent too. As was Niko the restaurant manager. Everyone was wonderful and kind.

The treadmill was a little jittery when using - may need to be replaced in the gym.

The hotel was super well-maintained. They had top-shelf drinks and food that were really good. Plus, there were tons of nice sunbeds and a good gym.

It was not their fault, and it should not be a problem next year. A new hotel is under construction next door, and some rooms had a view of it. We requested a room change because of this, and they were very happy to assist us.

Since it is a new hotel, it is stylish and clean. The staff is also working very hard to keep it clean all the time. We had a swim up room, which was perfect, since you get your private lounger and don't need bother reserving the ones at the main pool. The food was amazing, very high quality the same goes for coctails, only the a-brand drinks and other ingredients were used. I do hope they keep the same quality.

Great hotel! Very beautiful! Room was amazing, beautiful! Food is excellent!! Loved it sooo much! Different and very tasty! Drinks as well great! Personal is very friendly! Hotel has pool and some fitness activities.

One small thing is that the hotel doesn’t have its own beach, you need to walk outside for it
