The location was great. The bed room was stylish. Breakfast was superb.

Wifi was weak. For the price and the calibre of the hotel we thought the in room facilities were very basic. This level of hotel should have a smart TV that you can use your streaming services on and it should have much better tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries. We stayed in a junior suite and despite there being 2 rooms there was no where to put the luggage. The sitting room was basic and not very comfortable. The parking is really tight and difficult to use find another option if you need to park.

The location of the hotel is great, everything within walking distance. The room was bigger than expected, spotless clean with all the amenities to made our stay comfortable. The beds were great, my husband & I were missing our king size bed back home in our visit through Europe; not here... we got 2 twin beds together (that's the equivalent of a king size bed) + 2 floppy pillows each ... the best sleep ever.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. The room allocated to us was excellent overlooking the square and had the best soundproof windows we have come across. Staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was very good. The downside must be the presentation on first entering the building. There are no facilities in place for disabled guests to get from street to reception levels other than a large number of steps. The other issue is that the reception desk area is reminiscent of East German hotels in the Cold War - cracked perspex screens with speaker holes - perhaps an upgrade would help ??

Hotel was located near the city center. The room decoration was nice. The bed was of a decent size and the shower had very good water preassure. Night porter staff was very friendly.

As the room was facing another building across the street there wasn't much privacy and we couldn't leave the curtains open. The bathroom was a bit small and the windows weren't very new so the soundproofing from the oustide traffic wasn't good (this should be improved). Internet connection wasn't great and didn't really work at times. The hotel parking was very narrow so had to find a meter parking spot in the street. Breakfast wasn't included in the room price. Overall the price/quality ratio was off.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Perfect to explore the city on foot. If travelling by car, the hotel is immediately on the left as you leave the roundabout. It’s easy to miss it, as it’s not well signposted. You can pull into the drop off spaces in front of the hotel. The underground car park is on the opposite side of the road, a little further up the road, just past the pharmacy. Beware it’s very narrow and wouldn’t suit a larger vehicle. I drive a Mercedes CLS and it was on the limit.

Perfect location in beautiful, historic building near all sites. Room and bathroom nicely renovated with modern decor. Spacious, comfortable lobby.

Toilet is awkwardly placed—may be difficult for older, larger, disabled people. Also, there's a large set of steps in entrance. Breakfast and parking are expensive.

Beautiful historic hotel, centrally located. Upgraded to a corner suite...huge room, lots of natural light, great views, rooms renovated tastefully (modern but not tacky). Very good value. Parked in the underground garage across the street (when exiting the garage, make sure to pay first!)

Good location for Camino and seeing sights. Quiet, warm, views of plaza amazing.

Breakfast hours not set up for early dining. Lots of dining options in area, but would have liked a bar for a drink/snack.

Very efficient laundry service, even on a Sunday. No room service but essentials like water and snacks available at reception. Room very comfortable and bathroom with bathtub. Loved the central staircase. Hotel stored our bikes securely.

Would have liked a kettle in the room.

The location is awesome. Right in the heart of the city and a short walk to many restaurants and bars. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a junior sweet so had a lounge and a bedroom.

The parking isn’t great. Very tight fit but at least it’s parking.
