We had a great stay, mainly because it was so close to Europa Park—just a short 9 min walk away, which made our park visits super easy, even with a 4 year old. The hotel provided a permit for street parking, so we didn’t have to worry about time limits once we got checked in with the desk in person the morning after our arrival, which was outside check in hours. During our off-season visit, finding a street spot was no problem. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options that thrilled our daughter. Our room was spotless and featured two separate beds, which was perfect for us. The hosts were incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. Overall, the combination of the convenient location, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality made our trip enjoyable

Not really a complaint for our group, but a consideration for others is the ladder to the second level in the room was narrow and a bit creaky, so it might not be ideal for young kids or anyone with mobility concerns

The experience with the staff was terrific, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was quite nice and the location was extremely convenient for visiting Europa Park.

There was nothing that I actively disliked, but the room was a bit Spartan and dated (including the bed linens) so perhaps could use an update. But it was all clean and I appreciated that very much!

Simple but clean room for a family within an easy walk of Europapark. Breakfast was superb and the staff were very pleasant. We will definitely stay here again. We were able to find street parking within 100m of the hotel both nights. Weather wasn't great while we were there, so we didn't use any of the outdoor areas, but they looked like they would be very nice on a better day.

The stairs to the upper level (second bedroom) of our room was more like a ladder - very narrow, very steep. It was fine for bigger kids, but might be dangerous for younger kids or anyone with limited mobility.

The reception is only open in the mornings, so we were not able to check in in person (we spent the day at Europa-park and came to the hotel after we had finished for the day). But, the instructions for check-in were clear and we were able to let ourselves into the room without any problem. The breakfast was great.

The room felt quite quite cold when we arrived, so after a long day at Europa-park with heavy rain, we were wet and cold and needed to dry everything before our next day. Despite turning the radiators onto maximum, it was still on the cool side. But the hot water in the shower was plentiful and once tucked up in bed we were fine.

The staff was super friendly. The breakfast is outstanding. The terrace outside is very nice and on a warm sunny day like we had it makes you feel like being in Italy. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Europa Park and there are plenty of restaurants to enjoy some good food in the evening.

Our room was a bit hot at night. I suppose this is because the facade is facing the sun the whole day.

We liked the room and the breakfast was good and diverse, it was way better than the traditional continental breakfast. The waitress was very nice and attentive. We loved as well the location very close to the main entrance of Europapark and to many restaurants.

We didn't like the fact that you don't meet anybody when you arrive even if it in the middle of the afternoon. Otherwise the stairs to get to the second floor are steep and narrow, not ideal for little kids and strollers.

Check in system was super easy, breakfast was amazing, there is nice public outdoor places to catch up with friends with cool drinks and most importantly super friendly staff. Thank you very much and I will revisit if I go to Europark again next year :) Thank you!!

Room very functional, spotless clean and comfortable beds. Right in the centre of Rust, close to all the amenities and Europaparc. Excellent breakfast. Staff nice and helpful. Not parking on site for tall cars but they found a satisfactory solution.

Not suitable for people with mobility problems because it has a lot of stars and some are very steep. Also, not the hotel’s fault but there is a church nearby and, if you are a light sleeper, it can wake you up many times with the bells.

Great location in walking distance to Europa park. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Quite a nice place actually! Parking on site is possible with lift system (no high SUV, but regular cars and station wagons are fine). Great pizza place across the street as well.

Mattresses have seen a bit of traffic but were OK.
