The hotel was very clean and I really liked the design and decor. The staff were always very friendly and always made us feel welcomed. There was always someone greeting us when we returned or wishing us a good day when we left the hotel. It was in a very convenient location and it was quiet so it was easy to get rest each night. The facilities were very nice and I liked that they offered free coffee, tea, and water in the cafe 24/7. Check-in was so easy and even though it was self check-in at the kiosk, someone at the front desk (Danny) was very helpful and even took time to walk us through the amenities. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the LA area.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. No smoking property is really nice and the jacuzzi is XL. Cute breakfast cafe in lobby (not included). Near some good food choices. Will stay again.

You can buy a cake , croissant some pastries or you can order some "typically american highly processed" food heated on spot so they don't give ordinary breakfasts. But they offer free tea and coffee ( which is really good). Great stuff - they all were really nice , kind and helpful. The hotel is situated near big and really busy highway/freeway and it can be noticeable by more sensitive people (but not by us) but it has also good sides - you can easily get through the traffic and go out. The underground garage is big and spacious . There are also some few nice restaurants around.

I didn't know we'd be charged for every bottle of mineral water they leave in rooms for guests - it wasn't very expensive but I was surprised a little analizing my credit card's accaunt.

The hotel was a good distance from our daily destination. Close enough for a reasonable commute & far enough from Hollywood to feel safe at night. Hotel felt totally new. It was clean, tasteful, and had a pleasant scent. Staff was friendly & helpful. Loved the robes, nice touch. Great taco place across the street with best tacos I’ve ever had! Whole Foods across the Avenue was super convenient. The hotel’s Parking garage was reasonably priced & gave us peace of mind with our rental car. Highly recommend!

Pricey.

The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The entire staff appeared to work as a team and seemed very happy - quite remarkable and most likely a sign of excellent management. Surprisingly, the free coffee in the breakfast room was really good. Tea, espresso drinks and pastries were available for purchase. Parking is available for $25 per night, or you can opt for street parking.

We wished there were more substantial breakfast items available.

Easy to navigate and good location for the purpose of my stay.

Parking - the garage on weekends would get full and parking became interesting, requiring people to park in undesignated spots and creating their own places. Also for any fellow car enthusiast people, the driveway is quite steep and I would struggle to recommend lowered cars stay here. Parking on the street is available, but only if you can find something nearby, otherwise you’re likely walking a good distance.

Large modern rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, excellent location - there is a supermarket, pizza and tacos within a 2 minute walk. There is a safe, refrigerator and means to make coffee in the room. They cleaned and changed our towels every day. Free parking on the street (parking at the hotel costs $25). Kind staff, they let us check in at 13 instead of 16 for free. The hotel looks really nice and there are pictures of butterflies in common spaces and in the room

The room was not as clean as it should be. I‘ve done it by myself with desinfication issues.

Location, staff, facilities-- fun and functional. The patio is gorgeous. Plenty of stuff around the hotel, nice neighborhood, and easily accessible.

No bedside lights.
