We had the most enjoyable relaxed stay at this place. There are so many rooms and places to relax inside and outside building and beautiful gardens. Did not have a car so had the local bus card which we purchased at the bus station office. Many of the buses passed by or near and this was really easy to help us get around the island. We also had hire bikes delivered to the hotel . Our room was a good size with a balcony and big door to.open . Beds very comfortable. Tea and coffee provided. The receptionist was exceptional. Helpful and organised taxi etc. Our breakfast was included and beautiful. Had many meals in the Oak Room and the staff attention to detail was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Everything went well, The staff were always helpful and efficient. The breakfast was amazing and the evening meals in the restaurant were very good. The rooms were clean and a good size.

I came back to the island to visit my mum in hospital and was feeling stressed, but the staff eased this with their proffesiinal approach. They were friendly, accommodating and made me feel welcome. The food in the Oak bar was restaurant quality, but reasonably priced. Room service was very quick and my room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities I needed and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony over looking the beautiful hotel garden first thing in the morning and in the evening. The hotel even organised a taxi to meet me at the airport. I wouldn't hesitant to reccomend.

The hotel is ideally situated outside of St Peter port Town. The food is excellent from breakfast to dinner. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended hotel for work or pleasure

Lovely polite attentive but not intrusive staff. All of them Great breakfasts with lots of choice and nicely cooked Several different sitting and relaxing areas Wonderful garden with beautiful plants, well maintained. Good to have a pool. Very close to bus stop to airport and town

Perhaps could have been more choice in evening meals Beers weren't great...we are beer fans from Northern England But the local cider was good and plenty of choice in wines

Les Rochequettes is a beautiful very tastefuly decorated hotel. We had a very comfortable stay and our room was lovely, we really liked the large walk in shower, perfect for my husband as he has had a hip replacement. The food here is excellent, we enjoyed it so much that we ate here every night for dinner, all perfectly cooked local produce. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order and there are lots of dishes to choose from, we ordered a different cooked breakfast every day, it was a real treat. We travel a lot and for us what makes a hotel stay perfect is its staff .Right from the minute we arrived we were treated with so much kindness , the lovely Austrian lady on reception was so helpful and in formative, also Taijal on reception always took time to give us any help and information we needed. A big thank you also to Esperance and Jamie in the restaurant, their service was exceptional and they are such lovely people. All the staff were friendly and helped to make this a perfect stay for us, we will definitely return. There is a courtesy bus that runs from the hotel into town and they also offer a complimentary tour of the Island which is really good if you haven't visited Guernsey before. Although the hotel isn't in the centre of town we didn't find it a problem as there is a bus stop right outside the door and the 41 and 42 bus takes you right down to the bus terminal in the centre of town and runs frequently. Guernsey has a very good bus service, we bought a two day pass which meant that we could use the buses as hop on hop off which saves money. The 91 and 92 bus from the terminal will also take you all around the Island.

Excellent room and facilities enjoyable dinner on my first night, with very attentive friendly staff Breakfast the first morning was good but there was a worry with garlic on the mushrooms which luckily I spotted before eating, I am allergic. I didn't mention it as never thought of garlic in a breakfast! Might be good for the staff to ask about allergies. Very welcoming and helpful people on Reception.

Breakfast the second morning was not laid out fully when I went down at 7.15 and took a while to come. Appeared not to have enough staff on.

A great hotel with excellent staff. Food is brilliant.

Rooms above swimming pool too hot, air conditioning is required.

The reception, lounges and dining room were very comfortable and stylish. Breakfast very good. Well cooked and plenty of choice. The room did not live up to the photos but was clean and comfortable.

There were no curtains at the window, only a very flimsy Venetian blind which was damaged. So we were woken at 5am by sunlight streaming into the room. A good nights sleep should be top priority in any hotel. (I didn’t mention it to the manager as we were leaving at 5:30 am the following morning).

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist. Our room was spotless, the bed huge & very comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate & supplied with excellent complimentary toiletries. There was a good choice of cooked breakfasts along with a buffet of cold items. - the service on weekdays was very prompt. The staff were all very friendly,helpful & professional . We would happily stay here again.

The Sunday breakfast service was slow & seemed somewhat disorganised with food delivered out of order.
