The rooms we received were great and even better than the online photos. They were cleaned daily. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. It wasn’t fancy but it met our needs. Hotel located near some great restaurants and cafes, so plenty options. Despite the busy road on the topside, the rooms were well soundproofed and quiet.

The gym facilities were very basic. They did replace the padded floor while we were there. The gym was good for some stretch, flex and some free weight exercises. But the basic gym didn’t matter because there are two very good, well priced gyms in very close walking distance.

It’s cute Hotel in calm good place. There are you can enjoin walk on Buddha statue on the top of hill. Also it’s a good place start your intensive run or walk exercise. There are good pedestrian ways with a nice view. If you are enough fit you could make good trip from hotel across hills to central Pattaya beach and back. What about hotel place, there are you can find all service that usually traveller need. Haircut salon, laundry, several cosy, yamy and cheap restraints, food markets and etc. Inside hotels yard they have small pool and gym. Hotel staff all time very kind and friendly. Good location, close services, normal price. Yes it’s good Hotel.

Great value for money and very good location to explore the local and wider area. Across the road is a great little bar with a fantastic value menu. Motor bike rental is top of road on the right, 7 eleven 1 min away..Everything was so convenient. Room was big, spacious and very clean. I had a deluxe room overlooking the pool with a decent enough sized balcony. Rooms can be made up daily and plenty of free water is available. There is also a restaurant that for whatever reason I never tried. By all accounts, it was very decent and at a really good price. All staff were very polite and professional . The hotel also has Underground Parking with 24hr security. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

No complaints at all. As mentioned above. If I was being picky, it would be a noise with the buses if you were road side but its only now and again.

Away from hustle bustle of the market yet close to some famous restaurants and attractions. Its a home like hotel perfect for families

You cannot order food in room after 5 pm. You have to go out for food. One more and the most important thing about breakfast is that its same always. No change as we spent 5 days we were bored of same breakfast and skipped few.

Great location. Lovely big room overlooking the pool. Clean and tidy. Free water / WiFi and coffee in room. Friendly staff. I would definitely return here .

Nice hotel in a good area not to expensive good value for money nice pool for the kids and a small gym area, breakfast was basic but nice a lot of Thai people use this hotel which was nice for us as we are mixed Thai/uk family

Spare single bed in family room was like sleeping on a brick but the main double bed was fine, hotel is getting a little dated but is reflected in the price.

Public areas need a good clean, especially the lift. Front deck staff pleasant and efficient but not very engaging. The pool furniture needs renewing.

Location good, convenient to catching Baht Buses into town. Plenty of places to eat and 3 7-Elevens within a block. Room safe a plus.

Breakfast ordinary. Bought cereal and milk and had it in my room, using bar fridge instead.

There was no telephone in the room so had to keep going down stairs to reception
