The staff were very friendly which always helps. The wifi was perfect and the room had excellent air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is kept very clean. Parking in the local neighbourhood is free and safe.

It’s a little far from town, which for us wasn’t a problem as it’s good to walk off the lovely lunches and dinners. The breakfast was fine, unfortunately if you come after 09:00 you might not have any bacon or eggs.

Location close to both bus and railway station. Had all the facilities we wanted - we didn't need parking or gym which were also available. Good range of food available, and breakfast with the options of either buffet or cafeteria is a good idea other places should copy. Would probably stay here again if in A Coruna

Distance from town centre means using buses (and finding 1.30 each in cash for the fare) which takes a little getting used to as there doesn't seem to be an overall bus route map - not the hotel's fault!

The beds are comfy & the buffet is great. It's worth paying for it. The staff of reception were very helpful; Marta & Maria Jose.

The location is complicated; we used Google maps & we got lost. The parking is not in the hotel, is a 10 minute walk in another complicated location. However it's better to park the car there because in the area you won't find a parking spot. I asked for a room in a quiet area & they gave us a room that was in the upper level of the restaurant. In the early morning we could hear the chairs & tables moved. Not the quiet experience we wanted! Wifi is awful! You can't be connected for more than an hour.

The hotel staff are super friendly, the room was very comfortable. The shower was lovely, very powerful and air conditioning was a godsend as very hot when we stayed there early July. Hotel overall exceptionally clean and very quiet. Ideal location for exploring the city. We hired a car picking up from the train station which was 5 minutes walk away. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel and a taxi rank 2 minutes walk away. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again

Hotel Avenida is a really great place. good location, close to the train station and the old town is reachable by 30 min walk or there are city buses. Beautiful decoration, and really friendly staff both at reception and in the restaurant. :) There is a breakfast buffet available as well as other choices if you prefer. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I will definitely be back if I visit Coruña again.

The location was excellent for me, just near the principal train, to leave the City of A Coruña at anytime . The bed was comfortable, the environment was quiet. The staff was so gentle, very kind and helpful to the client's needs.

The smell of sewage, coming out sometimes from the bathroom holes, perhaps due to deficiencies in the drainage installations

Smart, modern hotel, less than 10 minutes walk from railway station, also buses into city centre. We caught a no. 5 to Durmideiras to walk around the headland. Well equipped room, heated mirror in bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast, very hygenic arrangement with personal tongs.

Our room was semi-basement level, on a very busy road, but triple glazed and screened by bushes. No outlook but no significant road noise. Some noise from spa machinery during the daytime.

The room clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and great value for money. The Spa was amazing. Highly recommend Hotel. The Spanish omelette they made for me was probably one of the best I have ever taste.

The only thing that would have been nice would have beenTea/coffee facilities in my room, they did provide a fridge/water for my insulin and my meds.

It is located very close to the bus station and the railway station (5 mins walking). The trip to the old town by bus only takes little time. The beds are very comfy and we enjoyed the breakfast and the staff.

In my opinion, it is a bit overpriced for a 3 star hotel located quite far from the city centre. The rooms are somewhat small, however you have everything you need. I would appreciate a kettle in a room as well, but it is more of a personal view. All in all, very hood experience

I have stayed at the Avenida many times over the past ten years, A Coruña is one of my favourite towns in Spain. The hotel is equidistant from the train and bus stations and on bus routes should you want to visit the historic old town or have access to the airport, The restaurant is very good, and the staff accommodating and friendly.
