This hotel has everything that I find essential - the staff is kind and efficient, the room is clean, the mattress is in excellent shape, there's enough space in the bathroom to put your toiletries at hand, and the window opens wide. It's a relatively small hotel, so easy and quick to get about and to check in and out. I also found the location convenient for my business trip, as the meeting venue was within the walking distance, and then the RER B station is 5 minutes' walk away, which makes it easy to get to downtown Paris (oh, Paris...) in no time.

The theme of the hotel was rather fun and its location was perfect. Rooms are a good size. The air conditioning was very welcome.

The room smelt bad. Like a fox had been there. I think it was coming out of the a/c but we couldnt turn it off as it was so hot.

Perfect location for the Stadt de France and RER train station - 15 minutes walk. Friendly and helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. 15 minute train journey to the centre of Paris and lots of shops, bars and restaurants close to the hotel.

I would have liked to have a safety box in the room to keep passports etc. safe. More choice at breakfast, including cooked options would have been good, but I appreciate this may increase costs.

Great staff, welcoming friendly, helpful and smiling. The reception staff and breakfast lady were very nice. Great breakfast options: including fresh orange juice, coffee/tea machine, vegan milks (soy and almond), pastries, bread, jams, deli ham and cheese, yoghurt, cereals, fruits and eggs to be boiled to personal preference. Great location : 10-15mins walk from metro and 15-20mins from Stade de France. Rooms are well-organised and have a USB plug.

The hotel and the room were clean. There were no signs of bedbugs. The staff were friendly. They were even kind enough to let us check-in 3 hours before our actual check-in time. The room was made and towels were replaced every day. The nearest RER station was just a 10 minute walk. There were a lot of dining and takeaway options in the vicinity.

Breakfast options were limited. There was no safe in the room.

Liked the theme, colours were bright and inviting. Located in a quite area , but straightforward to get to. Hotel and room were clean and well presented.

Breakfast was quite minimal - would have preferred a choice of hot food items as well or a larger selection of breakfast items.

The price for one night was very high, but I think that was because of a concert in stade de france.

I used the safe parking at fenced own area; opposite of the street is a large public parking, cheaper but open. staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was simple (typical French) but okay for me; fresh orange juice was a nice plus. some bars and restaurants in the area. the fact that the hotel was only ten minutes walk from the railway station (RER B with 20 minutes to Villepinte Exposition) was important for me; Gare du Nord 5 minutes with RER B. there is also another station with RER D line at same distance, but I did not use it. beds were comfortable and shower in tiny bathtub was okay; room was clean wifi internet worked good enjoyed my stay and will go back there
