The Reception staff cannot do enough to make sure everyone has a good holiday. We did bed and breakfast and the food choices were really good. The hotel could so with a bit of TLC as it's been well used. The cleaning staff do a brilliant job, clean towels every day and really comfortable beds. The pool is heated but we didn't go in. There were lots of sunbeds and the usual towel wars as we call them. The location is near the main square and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Beach is typical of a volcanic island, beds are only 5 euros and the sea is warm and shallow, full of fish. Watersports are fun and reasonably priced.

Hotel lovely and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful especially oswald on reception🙂. Good location and excellent value for money. Will definitely return.

Pool could do with refurbishment but still nice and heated which is a bonus.

Clean room staff friendly and helpful close to the centre of town. Beautiful beaches. Lots of shops to browse.

The food was not the best comparing to many hotels plenty to eat choice not to my liking very greasy .but all restaurant staff really nice friendly.

Good location for walking with excellent walkways. close to public transport nightly entertainment

Staff all very friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Lovely to have pool towels with holding deposit. Cold water on tap is great as no fridge in room

Airconditioning in rooms not cool enough, leaving balcony door open insects enter and causing bites. Sometimes the floor is slippy at entrance inside /outside to dining room at breakfast due to washing.

Nice room, nice balcony, great price for what you get.

Finding a parking spot can be challenging sometimes, the food is a 6, but for the price paid I cannot complain, I strongly recommend it!

All meals were great, there was always something nice to eat, the Christmas Day Gala dinner was lovely, the staff really made an effort to make it special.

Beautiful hotel, very easy to find your way around. Great location, very quiet but within a few minutes walk of some fantastic bars etc. Room was lovely, well presented and very clean.

Food was average - if I stayed again I would book room only. However it wasn't terrible, it just wasn't anything to shout about. There are plenty of lovely places to eat locally for great prices.

Very friendly staff, very clean, good location short walk from beach and restaurants.

There was some building work opposite, but that’s not the hotels fault 😞
