Property was very clean and comfortable and was checked in by 2 very pleasent woman

I was a little frustrated when I came down to lobby at 3 am because my phone charger had gotten wet w the bad rain when walking into hotel earlier that evening. I was without power on my phone and no charger. When I asked the gentleman at front desk for any assistance, he was of no help at all. No direction on where i could go maybe purchase one either at gas station or at least in the am. Or I would have liked if maybe he even offered to let me charge my phone for a bit off his charger. Also, the business center could have supplied chargers for phones.

Nice restaurant attached to hotel lobby with excellent food and service.. Open late. Clean. Quiet. Desk clerk nice. Well lit parking lot. Comfortable bed. Easy to control AC. Room was spacious.

Would have liked some breakfast to run out the door with and be on our way. Restaurant was available but didn’t want added cost and time. Also trying to avoid carpeted hotel rooms as carpet can be dirty. Ours had large red stains near chair.

MY refund I stayed at the hotel with another party and was told that it was overbooked and so I did not have a room and should have received my Refund ....... I Called within hours or payment and was told that the hotel was contacted and then they would refund my money at this time that Card that the charge is no longer active ...... Please Check on this for me I have enjoyed using booking but I don't think I will unless we get this resolved ASAP

I love the location and the room

I didn't like the reception of the receptionist by the name Myisha who was rude and denied access to the room that l spend overnight yet l was still going to spend the night in the same room. She ran my credit card without my authorization. She treated me like a criminal who may likely steal or run away l was very disappointed.

I likes the spaciousness of the room. I liked how easily accessible the surrounding areas were. I was impressed with the cleanliness and how spacious the room was. We were completely comfortable and happy with our stay!

The Keurig in the room didn't work, but other than that I have no complaints. The front desk staff could have been slightly more friendly if I was going to be nitpicky about it. Now I am just trying to fill up space to get this section done.

Location was excellent with the view of the ballpark and nearby shopping and restaurants.

Bathroom shower had a few hairs in it when I checked in. Lighting was okay but could have been brighter when I was on my computer working.

I liked that the facilities were clean and the friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and there were plenty of parking spots as well. I also liked the location right near I-20

I wish they had a complimentary breakfast. It was a little pricey.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The outside sitting area was a bonus for visiting family that were also guests. The location was great with the Mall being in walking distance and many restaurants nearby.

The location and room size is always the reason I stay here when I'm in the area.

I didn't like that the let out sofa had not been checked for cleanliness BEFORE we checked on and my daughter had to get the manager up there to fix the problem. The manager promised us that she would adjust our bill due to the issue but has not done so thus far.

The staff was amazing except for getting a knock on my door. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9 something in the morning. If check out was at 11 why knock on my door waking my granddaughter.
