As a family of five-2 adults & 3 children, the apartment options were perfect. We had interconnected apartments. Beautifully decorated, kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, and lots of space. Breakfast was really great. The swimming pools are open til 9pm and the children loved swimming after a day out. Great location. Booked a 6 hour luxury ha long bay cruise through reception at the hotel. Got picked up and dropped off from hotel. Free bike hire available which is great for going to the beach. Or just cycling along the promenade. Ate dinner every night in the restaurant and went to the roof top bar one night. The whole hotel is stunning and the staff are so helpful. Wonderful stay.

Nothing to dislike

Nice building with good interior and very helpful staff. Apartments are spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The hotel provides all the services and we liked the small shop at the Groundfloor. Sunset bar serves good cocktails and outstanding views of the Bay. Breakfast is huge, more like brunch with options for every dietary preferences.

At a moment the surroundings are very abandoned with a lot of construction works around. Not that we were disturbed by the sounds, but just the filing that you are alone there - no vibrant city/beach life. All tourist attractions are in quite the distance, thankfully the hotel provides bicycles free of charge.

The staff was fantastic, breakfast was great, and the room was perfect.

We booked this stay very last minute just a couple hours before we checked in and did not know that the hotel would not provide a bed for my son even though we booked for two adults and 1 child. When we asked, they wanted pretty much double the amount we paid for the room which we refused. Then we asked for a blanket so he could sleep on the couch and they wanted us to pay for that as well. Very odd and inhospitable. Luckily they ended up making it right.

Fantastic place. My wife and I think this place cannot be beat in Halong. Weeks before we arrived, staff contacted us to make sure our stay would be a pleasant one. The facilities are tremendous. Love the indoor pool and rooftop bar. Breakfast is ample. Restaurant below serves great food at reasonable prices. Staff willing to help out with anything: tours, bike hire etc. Shout out to Lucy who was awesome. As far as I’m concerned Halong is Citadines. I’m coming again.

Perhaps a little isolated but not a problem for us. Construction nearby, but again this did not impact our stay at all.

Vibrant and very modern situated 5 minute walk from the beach and on a clear day I’m sure the views of the bay are stunning. Two pools and a gym adorn this hotel. The twin room had two single beds with modern tv connections and a secondary room with kitchen and a multitude of hanger space. Large modern shower was ideal. The balcony has panoramic views of the town and bay. A little outside of the touristy areas but with so much development in halong, I’m sure that’s about to change. Perhaps more food options for room service could be looked at. Breakfast was a vast and nutritious buffet style and the staff were helpful and diligent. I get the feeling that as time goes on this hotel will win plenty of awards for sure.

The hotel is in excellent condition and the rooms were very modern and clean. The kitchen was excellent as our son and daughter have multiple food allergies requiring us to cook. The staff at the restaurant on the main floor, our server, was amazing and checked ingredients for us when asked. Food was also very delicious. We enjoyed the pool on the top floor and views of Halong Bay.

Issue with booking transportation through the hotel. They charge more and communication was an issue. They booked us a limobus but we had to be transported to another location to transfer to the bus but were not advised in advance of this. They then told us it would be a 10km drive before reaching the limobus. It was a 65km drive before reaching the limobus and we were so nervous as to where we were being taken as when we booked the transportation through the hotel we were advised pick up would be at the hotel and drop off at the hotel. We had to transfer one more time from the limobus to another van before reaching our final destination.

This hotel was truly amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. The free bicycle rental was a nice touch, allowing us to explore the area with ease. The swimming pools were cool and refreshing, also with a great view. Being located near the sea added to the charm, providing stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The rooms were spacious and had great views, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Everything was perfect!

Hotel and room was very clean, breakfast was superb and good spread. Gym was well equipped and had two swimming pools indoor and outdoor. Some staff could understand and speak English and some cannot. Overall they helped us when we want to get an information. Located just 10 minutes away from Halong bay cruise starting area.

They didn’t let us enter to their rooftop bar (on the rocks) which is at 30th floor saying there is a private party going on. Wanted to spend my wife’s birthday which was on same day and as a in-house guest we were totally dissatisfied and surprised hearing that.

We stayed here as a family of 5 for 2 weeks. During our stay, we experienced...the best burgers we ever had, the best seafood buffet with live music, the best breakfast in Vietnam, a lovely bike-around experience with free bicycles provided at reception, great gym facilities, wonderful and attentive staff. WiFi was great, we were able to continue working online. We also loved the practical aspects of this condominium-hotel like the washing machine in the apartment.

We loved everything!

We stayed here for one day before heading out to our Ha Long Bay cruise. Nice hotel with great gym and pool facilities. Would recommend if you decide to stay in Ha Long city. Note: Ha Long city itself was deserted when we were there, so not worth it to stay there more than one day... The hotel is nice though! Some things that made our stay: - Nice pool on the 30th floor with great view of the bay. (The outside pool on third floor was closed due to some maintenance during our stay) - Good gym facilities also with a nice view of the bay. - Good location in a quiet area, although a lot of construction ongoing. Hotel provides free bikes to use and cycle to the town center. Some nice local restaurants around the corner (such as Banh mi etc)

- Although the rooms and facilities inside are nice, from the balcony view it was visible that the hotel itself was pretty damaged, might be due to the recent typhoon?
