Clean and new hotel rooms. Walking distance to the beach. We had very nice sunset walks. The hotel staff let us rent a bike so we got to explore Ha Long City and go over the bridge (where we spent most of our free time). It is in a developing tourist area, so if you’re looking for more of a local experience, look elsewhere.

It’s not anything to do w/ the hotel itself but the location is around a lot of new construction so it was very loud starting around 6am (understandable as it’s May / summer heat). Also the gym across the street blairs music at 5:30am for a morning class so if you want to sleep in request a room towards the back of the hotel. In terms of location, if you’re looking for a more locals experience stay outside of this area. We weren’t able to cancel as we booked online but if we could have we would have stayed over the bridge as we spent more time in Bach Dang.

Apartment was roomy & freshly renovated. Large terrace with outdoor setting which was nice & view of Halong Bay.

Trades people appeared in morning on the terrace to perform works. Totally unexpected & unannounced. Struggle to fiind breakfast in neighborhood

Quiet serene place. Walkable distance to Bay. Nice place to spend peaceful time. Hotel allowed us to use there facility to eat outside food. Staff is good & courteous.

Communication is bit problem as English is hardly understood by people. Bell boy service was not available.

We got the best room in the whole hotel. Our own private tereace. Big and comfortable bed rooms. The staff was truly wonderful.

It would be in a good location only the buildings around are closed down. But this seems to be the way In a lot of Halong. This location was right beside the beach and a gym across the road so we were happy for some chill time !

The village was beautiful, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a good amount of storage. It was very good value for money.

It turns out the village is nearly empty, with many buildings unfinished, so meant restaurants and shops weren't close by.

New hotel, well located, friendly staff.

The air at the lobby and at the corridor and sometimes in the bathroom was not good. The rooms are also not so good isolated. We wanted to some boat tour through the hotel and they were really helpful during the booking process. The tour was terrible though. It was cut off (2 hours 15 minutes instead of 3-4 hours), they literally passed by all the check points in a hurry, the food was served only 40 minutes before the tour finished. All the passengers were really upset. It was of course because of the boat company. But make sure to ask when booking through the hotel to avoid tour from *Toàn Thắng* company.

A good size. Clean. Private bathroom area. Very close to the beach.

Easier motor bike access. Gutter was quite steep
