Location, value, and friendly check in.

The carpet needs deep cleaning. Walking on it barefoot made my feet sticky and black from the dirt. Bathroom was only stocked with 1 opened roll of toilet paper and the shower doors had soap scum on them. Room was dark. Not enough lighting. Breakfast ends early and coffee empty and put away by 9:30 both mornings

Danni and jennifer checked us in. Lisa checked us out- All were so helpful and went above just being friendly. When we arrived we found a couple of issues in our room. We text them the issues and Danni came up and tried to see if the issue could be fixed. She immediately offered to exchange our rooms and it went well. For breakfast the hot food is Nextdoor in a separate hotel. And Lisa walked us over to show us which doors to go through to get it. The beds and room were excellent. The facilities an outdoor pool was very nice/ there was a barbeque grill and a little putt putt. We didn’t use any of it but we would have if this had not been just an overnight stop. The beds, sheets, blackout curtains and noise level (none) were so comfortable that we decided to sleep in at this hotel. We got up in time for breakfast which was delicious. The woman overseeing the room and the food was really nice and helpful. we were there 8/6//25.

The walk to breakfast was a bit far for my husband and not really accessible (or not easily)for someone with a disability.

The property was nice. The issue is that I paid $38 dollars more than the actual rate. This is the second time Booking.com, charges me more than the place. The person who did my checking was rude.

It was convenient, recently updated and clean.

Located at I95 Nice and clean beds (and we loved the quilt it was like the premium hotel we stayed earlier) helped us to get good sleep. Nice breakfast for this price

Accommodation and cost

Account was charged twice had to wait till Monday for funds to be returned to Account. Sorry was the only resolution staff gave. They could not explain why even suggested we checkout so funds would go back.but still would not have access to funds until Monday.

The property had been recently renovated, so the phone in the room didn’t work and when I tried to call the front desk on my cell to tell them it went on answered the first couple of times, so it was really no way for me to connect downstairs other than my cell phone. The room itself was good with plenty of room and the beds were very comfy. The shower floor itself was quite slippery and we had to put down a towel down to be safe. There also were not enough linens in the room, but they were brought them up immediately when I requested them. When we checked out the front desk person said they had gone through renovation they knew the phones weren’t working in certain rooms and they were getting new linens in that day so I wouldn’t hold that against them. I would think the next time everything will be in much better order. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the morning front desk service was much better than when we checked in the night before. We will definitely stay again on our way back down through Kingsland and I’m sure things will be much more buttoned up, given the completed renovations. Overall great value for the money and a solid 8 out of ten!

We got a recently remodeled room which is nice. Just there to sleep but very comfortable and a great value

Room seemed very humid at almost a point where the sheets felt damp, maybe because the roo has not haf the ac on for a while do to renovations but overall everything was great.

Bed looked very clean. Linens were clean.

Shower was clogged and unuseable. It immediately filled up with water. We called to inform them and someone came by quickly to pull out a nasty hair ball. Front desk attendant was absent when we arrived and two other customers were also waiting to check in. This was right at check in time. The one customer had been waiting hours and she had a disability, but in all fairness she was waiting before checkin time. She said she got their more quickly than she expected. Elevator had an odor in it.
