first your receptionist especially wiktoria she is very nice and accomodating ,,she offer us a breakfast in a very professional manner ,,she deliver a very nice service and clear instruction shows that she has a very good english communication skills ,,,the receptionist in the morning is also very nice and always wear a nice smile and professional ,,room is good enough the restaurant is cozy however its nice to dine moreover the crew in the restaurant looks like they carrying heavy loads in life but its ok i hope theyre fine we never saw them smile to us but its ok the hotel is very good enough will be back.

We were directed to the Novotel hotel, round the corner. The facilities were very comfortable and very clean. The location suited us as it was within a walking distance from the rail station. The staff in a hotel was very pleasant and very helpful. Also, the hotel was very close to other facilities such us buses and trams or caffes and shops.

It was a good value for money. It was better than expected.

The location was perfect..50 yards off one of the main roads in SZCZECIN..very close to bus and train station..4 minutes walk to either. If arriving by bus or train there is a steep hill..But it isn't far to the hotel..The number 3 tram will drop you at the top of the hill for around 60p

I have stayed at Ibis previously in other places and the room was exactly as expected. And I can highly recommend to buy the breakfast, it really a good breakfast. And here it is also possible to have a cup of coffee made by the staff at the counter. Nice, as I can get tired to drink coffee in the morning made from a small coffee machine – and some times you have to wait in the line to get a cup of coffee from the machine. So definitely a plus to Ibis, and it will be served at your table. And there is a very fine selection at the breakfast table incl. a few individual hot dishes. So go for the breakfast for the rather low price. At check-in I was given a discount coupon for the restaurant in the hotel next door - Hotel Novotel. I can highly recommend having dinner at their restaurant.

The hotel needs to be updated a bit - it is getting worn around the edges. Not that I don’t want to stay there another time, but it seems to have been a few years behind me.

The location was ideal for my trip as I wanted to be by the Bus and Train station.

My room 323 was right next to the lift which was constantly up and down all night ..One of the lifts made a squeaking sound all the time …very annoying..Also it would have been nice to have the breakfast in the hotel instead of the hotel Novotel next door ..

I need to mention that I got upgraded to their sister hotel around the corner, Novotel. It was exceptionally clean, a walking distance from railway station and city centre. Breakfast was really good, wide variety and choice, with juice maker and a waffle station. Mattress was 10/10, what I would imagine it would be like to sleep on clouds.

Location was good. 5 minute walk to the centre and train station. Got the train back to the airport £12 for four adults. Lord of bars shops and restaurants. Good choice of breakfast water machine on every floor. Ironing facilities on first floor.

Tea & coffee facilities in room would be good

Very good location, central. Priceworthy hotel. Big rooms. Simple but fulfills ones needs. Clean and fresh rooms. Wifi included and TV in the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Reception 24/7 and cozy lounge. Good breakfast. Good service.

Breakfast could have been bigger. Parking under the hotel but not entirely included. One of the windows in one of the rooms were difficult to close.

Pleasant staff, not crowded, nice breakfast, very reasonable price

I’ve mentioned several points to reception and they gladly write down everything. Generally all furniture is aging and it’s noticeable well. Also strange that you don’t have power socket next to bed (maybe only in this room?)

Very good location, comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. Very helpful and nice staff. Tasty and rich breakfasts. Late check-out subjected to availability (charge). Restaurant in the next building. Shops of all kinds you need in the area. Jug and glasses in the room and drinking water (cold and hot) stations in corridors.
