Staff was very nice and professional, rooms were fresh, clean and cool. I would’ve preferred a microwave/ fridge in the room but it was a great hotel.

Pool out of service and no jacuzzi in rooms as advertised. No Netflix Websit need to be upgraded so guest will know what they are really paying for. In addition, when reserving rooms at hotels, one should not have to wait until 3 p.m. to check in, especially when you arrive early (mornings/ noon). Rooms should be available once you arrive in the city/state. Most people are tired from a long drive/flight and want a hot shower/ bath ( jacuzzi) and relaxation. Thanks in advance.😉🤷‍♀️

The Marriott Staff was excellent in TRYING to handle my check in Issue with Booking .com. Booking did not send the confirmation # to the Marriott computer system so I could be checked in. I ended up waiting for 3 hours after my initial booking and 30 min standing at the front desk... Untill I finally told the Desk REP to just check me in and charge me seperately. Looks like I paid TWICE to get a room.

When Marriott Rep got in contact with a Booking .com REP.. they had no info on my reservation. Even though the rep was providing them my exact confirmation email from Booking /com. I even showed her the 2ND email booking sent me confirming my check in time was good. The booking rep asked to speak with me, then preceded to tell me that he needed to call me on my personal cell phone and could not give details over Marriotts Phone line... ? WHAT!? Thats Shady wierd. Will NEVER USE BOOKING AGAIN.

The location was feasible for my short stay

I did not have time to enjoy all of what the facility had to offer.

The rooms are very large. The bed was extremely comfortable.. Near the hotel there are many restaurants to choose from.. They sell Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

There is no breakfast buffet. They have a bestro instead which was a little pricey and limited choses.

Breakfast was good however service was a little slow. The location was great for where our event was located as well as the airport.

I understand that you are still under repairs or upgrades but it those little cosmetic fixes takes away from the look thankfully not the service or comfort.

The hotel was quiet and very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were very friendly as well.

Wish they served a continental breakfast.

The room we stayed in has mold in the bathroom around the shower inside and out.

Room was clean. Staff were nice. The bar was nice.

My room was a little stale, smelly, however the staff gave me air freshener and I opened a window to remove.

I love the customer service!!!!!!! Every staff member was friendly from check in to check out !! From phone calls and all !! I appreciate the service !! My daughter 6th birthday party was great !!
