I loved the size of the room and the hot tub of course. The AC was cold and the TV was great. The soaps and shampoos provided are quality. Staff was great and our room was quiet, which is what we wanted as we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary.

There are red stains in the carpet...at least 2...and that dampens the illusion of cleanliness. There is something going on with the elevator, almost like it starts moving before the door closes plus there's a weird noise as the door closes that's not really comforting when you're in such a small space. These are the reasons that I didn't give it a 10.

The main lobby was very nice and cozy, our suite was roomy.

We had the Jacuzzi Suite. It was pretty cozy, however the pictures/décor was very strange, I've never seen anything like that before, and the Jacuzzi wasn't very clean. That was the whole point in booking that suite so that was a bummer we just decided not to use it. Also you're unable to use the Smart TV functions which is really silly and completely defeats the purpose of having a smart TV... Instead we were stuck watching cable and had no guide, however the list of channels was nice, just would've been nice to have the TV Guide option instead of having to scroll through all the channels multiple times trying to figure out what to watch and circling back over the channels that had commercials on the first go around. Also the fireplace did not work.

Breakfast was good and lots of choices. Swimming pool area are great for a stay cation and kids love the pool area. Staff members are very nice and kind . Room we stay the sink are clog and bathroom toilet underneath needs to change the grout around the toilet bowl 🚽. Facilities are clean and very well pleasant to visit and stay. Coffee and hot chocolate are always available.

The staff was awesome and the pool was fun for the whole family

There wasn't typically anyone at the front desk (they were all busy doing.stuff for the hotel I don't blame them) but I felt like a bother picking up the phone and ringing staff to the front. That being said the staff themselves were all extremely kind and friendly!

Close to the casino where our concert was that we attended.

We didn’t like that there were not black out shades on the window and the sun woke us up at 5pm. The shade on the window is worthless. Also, when we checked in the person at the front desk told us that they would bring us some bath towels and they didn’t. I had to call the desk in the morning to get the towels brought up. They did, however, bring the towels up right away.

Water slide and pool. Very fun and available.

No streaming services on TV. and staff didn’t know how to connect our other devices to cast to the room tv. Also seemed like strange people were “camped” in parking lot and would occasionally roam around in the hotel. Staff seemed unwilling to do anything about this

Location was great for my needs, breakfast was good variety, needed microwave though to warm eggs and sausages

Minor things, showerhead was broke, freezer should be defrosted occasionally, toilet was extreme low and should be updated to normal higher ones(16" ). #307

The rooms were very clean and big!

The fact that the Breakfast area was packed full of people at 8:30 and a Holiday on Monday and still people waiting to eat and they wouldn't make any fresh food, only had waffles.

We brought our kids so it would been nice for the slide to stay open till pool closes. We were at Snocross during the day and were looking forward towards using the slide. One of the main reasons we stay at this hotel.

Didn't get a joining rooms as requested was offered them for the next day but I had called ahead as I was told to have them when we checked in.
