Wine, beer and soft drinks available during your stay was a nice touch. Lovely breakfast in the very elegant dining room. Beautifully decorated and furnished property in a great location to explore St Augustine.

Quite a steep narrow stairway to reach our room, especially with suitcases.

The place was astonishing, very romantic. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and the bed was really good. Complementary drinks and water a plus. Very clean facility.

The parking is a little bit far from the facility.

Breakfast was both different and tasty. Location was awesome, in town, near everything. It's also in a quiet spot of town but close to things. Complimentary water, soda and small bottles of wine daily. Also, cookies and coffee available throughout the day. Grounds were nice and staff was pleasant and helpful. Welcoming porch and parlor in the common building. We had a balcony which was very nice.

The furnishings in our room were old and dusty. Our room was a bit dated, in need of some fixing. We must have stayed in an old building because there were times when the water pressure for the shower was extremely low... likely due to several people taking a shower at the same time. They should modernize this because it was an inconvenience. Also, we had a large hot tub where the shower is and it was a bit precarious getting in and out for showers. My wife and I don't use hot tubs and it's doubtful many of the guests do. They should probably take out the hot tub and modernize the shower a bit. WiFi lagged. Oftentimes we didn't even use it.

We loved the charm of the property. The decor of it was wonderful. Like walking into the past. A great location in the Historic Section. We had to park our car a few blocks away but that was no problem at all. The Victorian House has several spots for loading and unloading your luggage. The breakfast was delicious and different each morning. They cater to diet restrictions. The staff were a joy. Our room had quite a lot of space and the bed was so comfortable. Our bathroom was quite modern. At night we sit on the front balcony and watch the carriages and ghost tours ride by us. Can’t beat this place at all.

Can’t beat the location. Great value for money. Easy drive to the beaches/state parks if you want to spend time at the beach. We wanted to park and walk around the historic district (our first time visiting) and this was a perfect choice. Excellent dinner/drink choices nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful helping us check-in, and parking the car nearby. Lovely, unique thoughtful breakfast. Delicious cookies! Complimentary wine was a lovely surprise. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch at night with a glass of wine. Very peaceful with minimal noise, and if any, just people walking by enjoying the evening. Wished we could have stayed longer and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The property itself was beautiful and clean, inside and out! Location was amazing! Very close to everything! Our room was a 10/10. No complaints. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was hot! We had a living room area with a fireplace that was nice for those cold evenings. Breakfast was homemade and delicious! There was always water, soda, coffee, wine and cookies available throughout the day. The cookies were so good! This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! We will definitely book here again!

At first, we weren’t sure how we felt about parking 0.5 miles away at a lot, but honestly, we parked and never used the car. Everything was so close that we didn’t need to! We walked everywhere.

Did Stay in Victorian House Bed and Breakfast for a couple of day. at check in my room was ready. I request in advance and was approved. I stay in Juliette rooms and have big king bed. was given paper and a guide of places to visit and places to eat and was really helpful. rooms have cable tv and small fridge with complimentary water. Place was close at walking distance of everything. they have a spot for parking like a 5 minutes walk from the place and that were my car stay mi did not use my personal vehicle at all. Breakfast was awesome and staff was really friendly. in the afternoon they always have cookies and in the kitchen there is a small fridge with soda, water and wine. Love the place and I will return in the future.

I could say my bathroom was really small but I was by myself so I make it work.

The Victorian House B&B was wonderful!! Our room was upstairs and we had a balcony that overlooked Avila Street. The location was perfect! Within walking distance to St George St anchor all the activities there. The House was beautifully decorated, both inside and out. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing! Complementary cookies, wine and water were also available. Parking was a few short blocks away but it was free.

The bathroom fixtures and layout could use an update.

The house was lovely and very Victorian. Our room was comfortable with a sitting area and fireplace. The bed and linens were great. We were provided robes, cut glass glasses and bottles of water. The breakfasts were very good and more food than we could eat. The porch was especially lovely to sit on with coffee or wine. Location was perfect. We parked our car a few blocks away (free parking with our stay) and never moved our car until we checked out two days later.

The wine provided was Sutter home which is, in my opinion, not very good. I think they could have gotten something a little better and still inexpensive.
