The staff was awesome! They are the best anywhere and I have been to many hotels. Start to finish they were perfect for making us very welcome. The pool area was also very nice and clean as they come.

The mandatory $25 charge to purchase snacks. I have never heard of this anywhere that I have stayed except for here. Maybe this is something you would consider removing. BTW, I stay at about 7 different hotels a year. The breakfast cost doesn't make sense either, but I just go somewhere else.

Clean, comfortable, not too far from downtown Boston

I didn’t like the $25 ‘resort’ fee. We arrived after 9:00 pm and left the following morning at 9:00 am. No resort taken… it feels like extortion as they tell you that you can use the $25 towards the purchase of anything at the hotel. So, thanks, I never needed $25 worth of water, m&ms, and chips but felt compelled to take something to get my $25 worth. Seems to be a necessary evil. Kind of sneaky though.

Neat, clean, modern. I like a firm mattress which can be had to find. The bed in my room was a little soft for me but very comfortable- can’t complain. The lady at the bar may have been new or was having technical difficulties? She didn’t seem like an experienced bar tender. Breakfast was not included. Coffee wasn’t ready or available before 7. Not able to make a cup in my room Room was nice. Simple but tasteful, clean, functional and modern. Menu prices were a bit high but there were several restaurants a block away, easy walk.

We did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment on breakfast. The hotel is located very near the T - this is the equivalent to the tube station, however you have to go up the stairs for the car park to the sky bridge or take the lift - but the lift was broken so we did not use this. Downtown is on the same line, so you don't have to change trains. There are also food places nearby and a Starbucks near the hotel in walking distance, so you can get around easily.

I enjoyed my stay.

check in was earlier than expected and Jason at the desk so friendly and helpful. Room exceptionally clean and comfortable pillows and bed.

Hard time figuring out the light switches. Pool temp a bit cooler than I wanted. Did not opt to pay for breakfast.

Staff were polite, location was great and close to public transit, food options nearby, as well as Target being around the corner.

Some missed housekeeping spots but nothing major.

I love everything about my stay I went to celebrate my anniversary with my wife and staff work here are the best.

The only thing I didn’t like was when I made the reservation shows 3 different prices was the first and second show the breakfast was not included but the third option shows with breakfast included was like $40 dollar xtra so I decided to book it with breakfast wen I get to do the check in they told me the breakfast wasn’t included so I told the receptionist I paid extra for the breakfast and he said I understand but wen you came in the morning you need to pay for it he said I’m sorry I’m only the receptionist I don’t make the rules so I told the person you not what I don’t want to argue anymore so please give me the key of my room I’m so tired.

Our room was spacious with great view. The location is close to lifetime and went to life time every day. The breakfast buffet was great value

I liked everything. I guess the location of the hotel is not much to do around, so you definitely have to travel to do anything. There are a few food places within walking distance and downstairs from the hotel.

The location was perfect for our needs. The front desk staff explained the parking situation better than our first stay during our trip, and our room was more complete than our first stay.

There were no water glasses in our room and the housekeeping was non-existent. I understand not servicing the room every day, but over three days, the only thing done was to put fresh towels on the bathroom counter but not taking the used ones. Also, very minor but the small toilet paper roll was removed and not replaced with a new one. Thankfully, there was still one under the sink.
