Beautiful location on the city Square, surrounded by bars and restaurants, open market in the middle of the square. Very Dutch.

This is a very major problem: NO ELEVATORS. Our room was on the 3rd floor, with very narrow, very steep steps to drag 2 large, heavy suitcases. Also the nearest parking was a public underground lot 3 long blocks away on quaint, cobblestone streets (the elevator was not working, so I had to haul out 2 large suitcases up and down these stairs too. (Did I mention we are in our eighties, and no longer trading for the Olympics).

Perfect central stay - would stay again if we are back. Sittard is a lovely town and this is in the heart of the city. Super easy to walk to from the train station, and plenty of restaurant choice in the square (as well as hotel). The room itself is just a basic hotel room but it was perfectly clean and I have no complaints. They also allowed us to store our backpacks after checkout, and breakfast was a nice continental buffet (there are boiled eggs and great croissants).

In the centre, close to restaurants, parking and shops. Good breakfast with gluten free options. Parking underground 5 euro for 24 hours.

Very thin walls. Could hear the shower running and alarms from other guests. Noisy staircase and closing of doors and front door.

For tall people : tiny space between the WC and the wash basin in the bathroom

Staff were super friendly, the view from the room was excellent and the location could not be better. Unless - that is - you value a quiet night's sleep: the bars and clubs caused some sound pollution,

The room was nice, although it could do with a TV-upgrade, and this was hanging in the wrong place. Breakfast was adequate but on the limited side and would be nicer if served on the lighter front side of the hotel, not downstairs.

A lovely old building, right in the centre of Sittard

As it was in the centre, you won't get a peaceful night on the weekend. This didn't bother us, as we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Well located and well furnished rooms. Provided a wonderful baby cot. Very helpful and friendly staff. The service and room was top class.

The choice of breakfast could have been better.

My wife has MS and has difficulties walking the stairs. We booked a room on level 1. When the staff saw my wife and our original booking, he proposed to change our booking at no additional costs, to a ground level room. This was so fantastic. We appreciate this service. We will be back next year.

The location is outstanding. I love sitting on the patio and watching the crowd in the square. The owners will personally greet you.

Lots of quirky staircases in the old building, but I call that charm. The condition of the rooms is excellent.

even though we booked a normal room, we were given the apartment and it was huge! Great location right on the square with all the restaurants and bars. Good breakfast!

Nothing, but be aware that it is on the square with the bars and restaurants so it can be noisy at night. Just bring earplugs :)
